Nice ! Very practicable advice! And it’s so refreshing to see a black Nigerian woman without a straight hair wig or weave on adorned on her head ! Daalu !

You so amazing and intelligent in doing researching inventing new methods of cooking, frying, frozen foods, dried food stock you never faid to come with new methods
Thanks for the new tips Flo. I love freezing excess plantains, but I noticed it gets cooked faster, I have to prep everything before I start cooking, else it will get mushy.
This is exactly how I preserve my yams and plantain except the yam chips which I just learnt a new tricks on putting in a boiled water and allow to seamer for some seconds then add salt before freezing. I can't wait to try it that to see the difference
For one second before watching I thought you were going to cover the whole yam with clay like we used to do in the village farm before storing in the barn!😂. Thanks, this is a much easier, convenient and modern way of doing it.
I had pictured you in front of a barn in Spain tying up clay covered yams with barn twigs all ready for the winter months, I just burst out laughing at my ridiculous thoughts when I saw you peeling the tubers ready for the freezer. Na wa oo, can’t take the Igbo village out of the gal!😍
Great tips on how to preserve yam and plantain. Now I can buy mine and preserve them when I need I will just take them. I'm loving this preservation series. Please keep them coming.👍❤❤
Hi! This is my first time watching your vids. I was looking for the best way to preserve plantains and other such foods and came across you 😁.
