Listening to this lesson brought me back those years 1986 - 1990 when I was first working in an American company located in Zurich, Switzerland; in which there were multi national workers like Swiss, German, English, Canadian, Turkish, Chinese, Singaporean, Vietnamese, SA....In that place I have very seldom heart the world "please". People were so aggressive, sarcasm, gossip...I wished I would find this channel the other days (The internet was not even existed!)!
Thank you! While I have been working I've realized that there is not enough just to speak english but it's necessary to know "how to communicate". You are a master of communication!!
@@Speakconfidentenglish you are so delicate but specific and technical at the same time!!! Compliments, you are so good!!! I totally agree with the corean girl!
My wish is to excel in my career by using professional polite English language and this is what exactly is going to help me achieve it. I would like to thank you for these wonderful lessons. ❤

I'm so greatful that I came across you video today...as I have been studied English and working abroad as a second language speaker I'm so still struggling at times ..so thank you so much for your kindness and such a wonderful person 💕💕
From research as far as i remember when you use the negative questions it works like suggestion, which is not only the idea to be polite but help someone to make decision. For e.g. when you say : "don't you think we should do something... "easer is to get answer, "no i don't" This strategy has a power and we need to remember that when we want to achieve something.
You are amazing! I'm adapting your lessons to my students' level and always referencing your videos. I love your lessons and they do so too!!! Thanks a million!
I would like to say" thank you" my idol for sharing this wonderful knowledge. I really admire your teaching and ideas. I have learn a lot by following you for almost a month but like you said "focus" is important and should have to find a way to focus on using some advance vocabulary little by little and use it in a regular daily conversation.
