You gotta' love Rufus and his genius. Who else wears his bathrobe on a video. Brilliant and confidant. I wore daisy dukes but it didn't work out.
I'm pretty new to Rufus so, forgive me if this is something said often...but so far I haven't seen it.
So often I am reminded of young Billy Joel. Something in his timbre...but even in some of his chord and song structures.
I more often hear comparisons to Jeff Buckley, and I totally get that too, especially in the upper register and falsetto. But yeah, my goto description of his voice quality is a cross between Jeff Buckley and young Billy Joel.
And btw I think this song is glorious!!! Listened to the climax about 10 times in a row last night. So glad to find this beautiful live version on yt.

But wow, two hours before the concert? That sucks, I bet people where already on their way to see it, geez. You’d think they’d get the test at least a day advance lol
