This was one of my mom's favorite songs. She passed away yesterday and the last conversation I had with her before she went into the hospital and never regained consciousness was on November 2nd, which would be October 33. I love you so much mom and may you rest in peace 💝

This is soul music…pure and simple. It’s what grabbed the world’s attention once upon a time, and when heard done like this, it’s an absolute reminder of its power.
Not taking anything away from Eric but the back-up vocals of Lauren and Angela in this song is just perfection. Haunting but comforting. Adrian did an excellent job layering the track to allow them to shine without overtaking the main vocals. This band is easily one of the best things to happen to us.

This is a soul stirring, one of a kind performance. Likened to the old tome greats, Issac Hayes, Ray Charles, Otis Redding, Curtis Mayfield and so on. A simply beautiful performance that made my whole body vibrate on another level. I cant stop listening to this song. Truly epic.
