    Wow!!! I definitely manifested this video. I do the yoga with Nico all the time. I was diagnosed with this dis-ease three years ago! I was hoping you would do one for MS! So, thank you Nico. 🌟

    This practice is perfect for my hard days. I have been practicing yoga for 30 yrs, have had MS for 15 yrs and find that yoga helps a lot, especially on painful days. It keeps me in the best possible shape i can be in. It is great for flexibility, strength, and balance. Since i have walking issues, yoga is a good option. Every day, I feel different, so I modify the length of my practice. The bed time yoga video I also a gentle practice I like done at any time.

    I was diagnosed with MS in February and your yoga practices have helped me feel connected to my body again! This practice was perfectly slowed down & I was able to settle into all of the poses naturally. Thank you so much, peace & blessings 🌱

    I've got MS. I could come back to this practice daily. The length of hold time was a challenge in a good way. Something to aspire to and track how my body responds to motion over time. The modifications, as always, are very helpful to know. Thank you for this!

    Thank you so much for sharing the above. Please do share excercise to improve balance,( bending forward backward sideways) as well. Days when my imbalance increases, hip muscles very very weak well

    I have a different awful autoimmune disease - this practice could be retitled as for people with Chronic Illnesses really :)
