Yes!!! Do as many Sawgrass tutorials as you can!! Please!! I love this machine but there is no where to get good information on how to use the software. I’ve been fed up with it for awhile!!

It's not working for me...When I add the pictures to my Sawgrass folder the print manager doesn't show up. It said VPM couldn't create output file.
How do you put the paper in the landscape mode ?
What is the smallest size I can print in creative studio. Will I be able to print 4X$ or 3.75X3.75?
How did you change your size box to inch. I seen when your were changing the design size direct in PM you said inches. I am in the UK but old school lol can only work in inches but mine are in CM. Great video full of information. Thank you
Hi Denise! Just to clarify, are you looking to change the Sawgrass size from in to cm or the print manager?
I listened to your tutorial and I just do not understand the sizing. I try to size my spinners and when I get to the jobs tab they print to small. I need 8.25 H and 8.25 W. I cannot get them correct. Any suggestions? I also am totally lost on the PrintMate. I tried using Silhouette for sizing and then print with Sawgrass and that just does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
I can't seem to get my lay out the correct size I want. Like a mouse pad. I bought a sawgrass and it's creative studio sucks. Just one layout of a mouse pad. And size is not accordingly. I want to put it on 9.5 x 8 and it dont let me. Or don't have that specific size or nearest that size. What other program can I use with print manager?
How can I size it bigger? I’m trying to size a 20oz tumbler but it’s but printing to the right size an then I try to make it bigger it max out height 8.5
I like this feature but it looks like when I dragged my file from my computer folder into SPM folder, it doesn’t “drag a copy” it dragged my original and now I no longer have it in my computer files. What happens if I want to keep my files organized on my computer, but utilize this smart folder still?
Hi there! You may want to make another copy of the file just in case. This way, you can drag the copy into SPM and still have your original on your computer in case you need it for another program! - Dawn
I have been trying to get my SG1000 to cooperate in set up. I have Print Manager installed. At :50 into the video, you talk of dropping an image into the Smart Folder and this "thing" (Print Manager) will pop up. Ah, Nope. It does not. Any ideas???
It really should be doing that. I think you might have to contact Sawgrass support. I wish I could help somehow!
🤦🏽♀️…Now all the other files I had on my desktop have disappeared and only the SG Smart Folders that I created are there. 🤷🏽♀️…not good 😣

I keep getting a warning that one or more jobs do not fit with the current page layout settings how do I fix this?
Hi there! Can you tell us a bit more about the project? What are the current page layout settings?
@@DesignBundles I'm doing gloss metal sublimation panels, I want it to fill the full 8 by 10 sublimation panel, but however it changed to where it started making a very small image and it would not let me change back to a size that at least covered most the full image. As far as material it only allows me to chose cotton.

Why when you send image to sawgrass creative studio from say Design space the size is not the same as when I transfered it. It is usually alot bigger. Thank you

how do ichange the measurements to mm into inches? on your layout it is in inch mine is mm.

No you can drop anything to Smart Folder and it should open Print Manager

How long do you need to wait for the design to dry after printing?

I don’t know why my Sawgrass changed from inches to mm and centimeters! What the heck… another problem I have with sawgrass! I loved in and it changed it, just when I actually have a few orders to do! 😡

Hi Enda! First, click "More" at the botton of the screen on the left. Then, go to "Custom Print Area" and you can switch the Unit of measurement back to Inches. If you have any troubles, let us know! We are here to help! - Dawn 🙂
