Can the vertebra heal and remodel from Schmole's nodes? I have type 1 modic changes from heavy squats. I have stopped doing vertical compression exercises.

Research shows that Type 1 Modic changes are common with back pain since fissuring of endplates and end loop vascular changes maintains inflammatory state and causes chronic endplate changes

What can I do? Have what they said "minimal modic changes". They just give me more painkillers.
I have not slept a wole night since 1997. Sooo much pain constantly even when I taken my painkillers (gabapentin, paraflex, saroten, naproxen, panodil)
    I live in sweden.
    Please help

sorry to hear this- in general, movement-based treatment is the best. however, you'll have to ask your doctors relative to your specific situation.

@@TheSmartChiropractor Movement-based treatment? How about when you are laying flat in your bed and not able to cope because of there is so much pain? Also how can movement contribute to ease the pain if these vertebrogenic changes take place inside of vertebrate bones? Thanks in advance.

I have been/had been suffering from low back pain for over the last year and have tried several remedies without success. If you want more detail, just ask me for it. Two days ago I underwent an Intracept procedure by Relievant. I don't know how successful this will be because I am still in pain from the procedure. However, now I can stand up straight which I have not been able to do in over the last year. It would seem like the pain I was having may indeed be relieved. My Dr. said that I could expect around five years of relief. It could be worth your time to look into this. Good luck. Let me know how your back turns out in a few months if you pursue this approach.

I had a post surgical (Orchiectomy) infection. E. Coli infection groin-drain bad one. Subsequent Endplate Changes and agonizing pain T-12/L-1 Rt. side Thoracic. Several M.R.I./s with Contrast. First showed Modic 1 now went to Modic 3. Surgeons keep saying they have no Target to try for bone needle biopsy. All blood normal-C-React P. and Sed. Rate. I don't think Degen. could be this painful. On Oxy. now so much pain. SPECT Scans, Triple Phase bone scans, Gallium scans all negative. In hell right now. When go Vanco. and other I.V. antibiotics helped one night in E.R. . Discharged when M.R.I. showed clean. Cancer workup and Rheumatology Workup all normal. Not sure what to do anymore. Thought about this when I saw your video. Closed M.R.I./s 3.0 Tesla machine-Methodist. Do not know what to do seems like a Low Grade Infection. Fatigue tired, sometimes night-sweats. Lot initially. Feel like something might be seeded in bone and causing pain. One great Dr. told me M.R.I. could miss it. Surgery was 1 year and 3 mos. ago. Just worn out and do not know what else to do. They tested for T.B. and Hep. all negative.

My advice is get disc replacement IMMEDIATELY, when it goes to far into this condition you WILL NOT HAVE THE OPTION!!!
