- Context: Before the nuke update old servers were pretty damn chill but now its all about who controls Russia and Kazakhstan, one wrong move and half your population is nuked and you are in poverty.

I was a little bored so I decided to make this, hope you enjoy :D. The editing is weird and it does have a few errors but this is supposed to represent what old servers have become. Old servers used to last 700+ years but now many dont even make it past 500+. Most die at 300 or 200 years of server life.

I was in that server before
there was one server that lasted until about 3100 somehow a couple of days ago.
that server lasted for literally 2 weeks and was SO LAGGY and there were almost no cities over 1 million because of the nukes
Damn I never saw it :( I only saw 300 year or 500+ servers

I remember when I join the 2800 year server and almost of every tanks city is nuked and Moscow has a 1 population plus Hittite has 200 carrier and it’s so freaking laggy don’t forget USSR has a 90.000.000.000.000 money
I once joined a 2809 year server and I get about 10 million ping

There are radars everywhere
There are only 3 players, but they collectively own 80% of the world
Uganda owns half the world
EU formed, but it fell apart
USA still exists, but it has 27% stability, is in debt, and the whole country is scorched.
China broke apart, but all of the countries are puppets.

This is literally me lol. every time I am bored I ask myself "I wonder what's happening in the oldest RON server".
I can remember talking to my friends about nukes in the game over a year ago.
i went to a server in 2700 and literally everything single country that was left had nukes

Nukes take really long to get and by then most servers are dead I don’t see why nukes are bad

This is what I don't like about this update, I usually play dead servers due to the low risk of pvp
Veterans (from my experience) tend to do VIP, old servers, or events which is likely for the same reason you have
@@PlaguedDoubt Sadly, alot of players don't like us people, they keep boasting about their skill and joining our dead servers just to invade and kill us, we all just want some exp and a feeling of safety on the goddamn Internet.
I am arguing with one right now, Dot Honcho's my opponents name and this is going almost nowhere.
@@alicorn3924 I usually play at Private servers alone, people in the public servers are too un negtioable, Nothing is more scarier than a USA that doesn't speak. Its a gamble to get into a good server, in my opinion things were already crappy before the nuke update, the update only made things worse lol.

@@giggoty4926 Way ahead of you on that one, played CK2, Vic2, a bit of Stellaris and 1k hours on HOI4.
Eventually got bored of most of them.
The difference between them and RoN is that public dead servers can still be played with other players.

My only wish is that there was some sort of anti nuke research tree, cause litereally getting ur capital bombed over 11 times is not a fun sight to see

Weirdest thing I saw on an old server was Ukraine taking over Russia
I did that few days ago, and it was only 2038 when I captured it, I also captured eastern half of Europe, Stan countries, and definitely wasn't captured by Maurya empire spamming nukes in the end)
I played as ukraine till 2100 and became a superpower internarium easily clapping russia at the start of the game
I took over Russia as Ukraine today! [03/04/2022] and I once saw Belarus take Russia [not me, cant remember the date

Then again, there are people who max fortify tokyo with 100 million troops, and 10000 artilery, to counter super defensive fortifications, you will need nukes
