You need a carrier PLANE to defeat Antarctica. Even if they're AI.
Well kinda, if you are brazil you are probably not gonna need a carrier. All you have to do is grab like 3 transport planes and transfer 30k to vostok to take it and I think the antarctican troops would come to it..
