Never in my life did i think I'd see people making their own Sonic Unleashed stages but here it is and honestly I'm so proud of society for advancing this far
I mostly agree. Zero Generations influence/inspiration and then it's perfect. I want that 100% pure Unleashed experience.

@@raydiiradius No, but the games are similar _enough_ to the point where it's very much possible to do what I mentioned. (I've been referring to level design btw, not say changing the drift animation from "spindash" to onfoot drifting.)

Add more bottomless pits to Sonic Generations levels and make them more linear. Thats Sonic Unleashed level design.
The level design here looks more like one of those Sonic Worlds fangames. If you accept this as the authentic Sonic Unleashed experience, then you are nowhere as picky as you claim to be.
If not for environments resembling Unleashed's, this still looks like Sonic Generations modded levels
The unleashed level in the generations engine with the frontiers hud is actually insane. this is amazing
I think I actually prefer this version of Windmill Isle more than act 2 of the original. You get the feeling of running through the City better here while also getting to explore the country side abit more. They did an Amazing job making it feel official.
The speedrun and 5 red rings runs feel similar. I tried really hard to get the S rank with the red rings but wasn't happening.

Windmill Isle Act 5 looks amazing. The stage design feels like Rooftop Run, Jungle Joyride, and the Wii version of Windmill Isle. Frozen Hill is a nice combination of Green Hill and Ice Cap or Cool Edge. Seeing that it's played on Generations, I wonder if would it be any different if it was actually played on Unleashed.
I don't know who made these stages, but the insane amount of hard work and effort he poured into these creations is astonishing. Whoever you are buddy, you are Amazing.
These levels remind me of the Seaside Hill remake which is what I want in more custom levels, remixing old ones with new layouts (helps that it saves time instead of making new textures which is harder)
Also, bounce bracelet mod helps immensely with platforming segments since you keep your momentum and combined with the air boost, it feels so good.
Whoa! Wait a minute! Was that first stage based off of the Wii/PS2 version of Unleashed?! First time watching this video and I am paused at 3:11. Will watch the rest after posting this.
It seems to be a mix, some of the areas around the Windmills remind me alot of the Wii/PS2 version.
The modder who made the levels deserves a job at sega, they last long, they have multiple paths, really nicely designed, and I also noticed what I think was a sonic prime reference to the eggman ships towards the end of the snow level on the 2nd run. In fact sonic prime inspired levels would make such a cool mod.

I hope this modder keeps it up. More unleashed day levels is always a great thing. ESPECIALLY when this well done.

I never thought frontiers, generations and unleashed can combine this nicely but its not so og as unleashed, i liked unleashed since i can boost trough enemys and see them fly! Thats still funny to me

The mods and the video are all good but it genuinely gave my brain a burn seeing Unleashed stages in Generations with Frontiers gameplay UI idk why
I'm going to be brutally honest; while I think these levels look amazing, they kinda lack depth. In the first one especially, a lot of the level is automated and there aren't any enemies in your way, you can kinda just jump and boost and bam the level's done. The second one is much better, but also seems to have the same problem.
