But it was also good. no one understood. first, warm milk and yeast should be thoroughly mixed. and I wrap the dough in a cloth and leave it somewhere warm. it will be ready in about 1 hour. besides, your egg needs to be warm too.❤

@@iamcocolachickensoup9807 fermentation is when you mix yeast in dough and let it double in size in warm place for an hour or overnight, whatever works for you! and you just need to mix instant yeast in sugar and then add it in with the dry ingredients to make your dough!

Oh, Argentina hay unas muy parecidas, les decimos Bolitas de Fraile, nada más que en vez de perforar y rellenar con manga, las bolitas de fraile son cortadas a la mitad (sin cortar completamente) y ahi se pone el dulce de leche o crema pastelera :)

we call this Krapfen (or Berliner) in Germany. You can buy this in every local bakery with jam. When it's carnival season you can buy this with chocolate and other creams
For vegan version , replace milk in same quantity with either oat milk or almond milk , replace eggs with pumpkin, apple or sweet potatoes purée(1/4 cup = 1egg) and butter with vegan margarine and voilà! Hope it helps 😁
I cooked it and it was really so delicious that my family devoured it as soon as I finished it. It's really delicious, but it bears a minor flaw, which is that the amount of salt is small. I think if it was 9g-10g it would have been better, and only this is my simple observation. Continue 😩🫀👏🏻✨️
