I know it may sound strange, but I anxiously await your videos every 2 weeks. As a liveaboard lake sailing schoolteacher, I'm just waiting on retirement so my wife and I can do exactly what y'all are doing now. Y'all seem so fun and so real! They’re so worth it though! They’re like your Children, it’s just something you have to do…. We were over there many times a couple of years ago with a furniture company,but….. they ended up deciding not to open a store there because both the houses & the Apartment’s were too small for nearly all of their furniture. That’s something I had a hard time imagining but most of the bedrooms wouldn’t even hold a Queen sized bed & one table, the Living Room’s would hold a couch and table, but no room for chairs…..it was actually humorous by the time we realized that those were way over 75% of all the homes & apartments…It was a great place though and the food was wonderful.

I think it happens very often! We changed lots of plans over the years because of this. But it’s not always that simple

I'm an animal lover and lifelong sailor. Sailed around the world and much more.
As much as it pains me to say, if you have pets, make a choice. Keep them and cruise in your home waters, or re-home them if you wish to explore far distant shores.

@MakingOurWay OK. The Bahamas are one of the best cruising grounds in the world and deserve a full season. George Town, Exuma harbor is a gigantic adult day care center for cruisers. The Cruising and Out Island regattas are a must. I cruised there from 1971 to 2006. 29 years in a Morgan O.I. 41.
