Her back was def rounded on her 315 x 3 set, especially the first rep. It kinda corrected itself on the eccentric portions of her reps tho. She probably pushed herself more than what she usually does just for the video. Just my opinion. Not trying to start a fight so if there's any hate / trolling comments, don't expect a reply, but a friendly debate is always welcome.
Her back was slightly rounded, but there's always a slight curve esp because of the natural curve of the spine, there is room for improvement but you'll never get high weights 100% perfect
Honestly love your videos so much, I’m from South Africa 🇿🇦 so they only come out at about 11pm but every night before I watch them before bed as motivation to wake up the next day and kill it.
Her form really isnt that great. My form sucks too honestly it is my worst lift. Brad’s form is actually pretty good but if you want to truly watch a good vid, Ed Coan is probably the best at it. Watch his video on supertraining06
On some real. I've been cutting for about a year. Lost 70lbs. Added solid amount of muscle. But every time I start to loose sight of my goal, your videos are the first place I go to, to remember why I started. Even if it's a vlogging video. Your videos pick my spirits up and help me get through my day. Especially as I had surgery on my knee and been out the gym. Its no excuse to ruin my diet. Your videos help me stay on track. Much love. Keep up the positivity.
Everyone has a different shoulder width bud.... that’s the correct way to do it, and it’s obviously gonna be different for everyone because they have wider or shorter shoulder width
I don't have a good back cause I was overweight and sat in my room doing nothing but 100 pounds down my back is still fucked butbi just started deadlidting again so I have to over think straightening my back
over-under grip should be used only when you go really heavy max 2-3 reps. If its used all the time there will be muscle imbalances and even injuries in the long term. Also at the starting position your head sould be aligned with your back and look down so you avoid neck injuries as well.
Most common bad form mistake that people think is correct is chin up. Chin down. Tuck that damn chin. Tail bone, spine, and back of the head should all be aligned at all times while lifting. Educate yourself. Go watch some old school Elliot Hulse videos and Athlen-X
Notice how a ton of males are commenting about how attractive she is. Also notice that there are also a few men commenting on her breast size. Compare the 2 and you'll notice that the majority of men don't give a rip about that. Just in case there are any females that are insecure about their breasts. Don't worry my G. That's minor.
It's all preference my dude. Tits for guys is like height for woman. Every woman on this planet would love a man that's 6ft or taller but it's not a deal breaker if you aren't . Just how every man would love a woman with big tits but it's not a deal breaker if you don't. This girl has other physical characteristics that make up for her lack of tits.
I got some questions: Would you recommend using a belt? Can you also train without it? I'm completely new to dead lifting... And how do you warm up for dead lifting?
Thank you for making this video. I am always in my head when it comes to doing deadlifts. I am afraid of my form being inaccurate and this reassured me.
See that ladies? Proof that you can lift heavy without looking like a man, it’s all strength, a lot of ladies think oh if I lift heavy I’ll look like a dude... Not the case This girl still looks really good and kept her feminine figure

sorry folks but @5:42 u can tell she doesnt even know the fundamentals of deadlifting. the main motor of the exercise should always be the posterior chain, the hams, glutes being activated while u press your heels against the floor. not the opposite, which is pulling up, which means using your lower back as the main motor of the exercise. im pretty sure bradley knew from that comment that she doesnt know what shes doing
Bradly how do you deal with being sore from the last workout for example your delts, training for example chest. Should you just train trough the soreness or wait until you're fully recovered? I workout at the house, and dont have a straight bar. I use dumbbells, but I notice in my workout routines, its in my Leg day and my Back day. Is there a difference in the move for each muscle group??
I think dead lift is a good lift but i hurt my back badly in high school doing it wrong so i only do it lightly as a stretch and to work some smaller muscle groups. Max 225 which isnt much unless your new or not very large but youll benefit from it and it will not hurt you.
Her legs are to close. She needs to spread them out to where she can jump the highest.
