What do you think about Xiaomi Mi 10 phone? Do you think it's better option than Galaxy S20 or OnePlus 8? :))
I think that Mi 10 is better than OnePlus 8. It has 30W wireless charging, larger battery and better 108MP camera!
I bought both OP8 and MI10 to decide which one to keep. After a week i sell MI10 and here is why: OP is more compact, lighter and comfortable to use, have better screen less curved and less color distortion and have almost flat screen feeling, overall better user experience thanks to lighting fast Oxygen, almost identical speaker quality, cameras same quality even MI10 offers 108mp pictures looks the same, video on OP8 way better superb stabilization compared to MI10, haptics are slightly better on MI10 (still behind Samsung, LG and Iphone), battery lasts almost identical (1h diff) and for the end OP keeps price and updates for longer. MI10 will drop in price very soon. Here MI9t pro was 500e starting price, now it is 320e, Oneplus 7 pro was 650 now 575, OP7 and 7t was 540e and 570e now 440 and 500e....So you have much better value. To not forget, yes on MI10 you get IR blaster, wireless charging but i never use any of these, and OP8 in hand and general usage feels like better and more complete phone. Im more than happy with my choice at the end.
I bought the Mi 10 Pro over the Galaxy S20 line because it is cheaper and offer a lot of the same flagship specs and better speakers. This will be my first Xiaomi device!

I did purchase and first customer to buy it in my location. Its really awesome phone, so smooth working, large n crystal clear screen, camera is just awesome also dual speaker gives awesome sound even with bass.. Totally awesome..!!👍

Mi 10 is good but the software is what keeping me not to buy this, I prefer rounded icons like stock android for simple and intuitive and moreover I prefer going OP 8 Bcaz the display is better on OnePlus, as they buy from Samsung unlike Xiaomi is from TCL
Hi. Yeah, I also prefer Oxygen OS over MIUI, however if you want rounded icons - you can easily change with a theme - anything you want to look like :)) Also, I found no issues with display on Xiaomi Mi 10. Feels pretty much same as on OnePlus 8.
I'm using Mi10 using 6 months. Good touch, great dual speakers, awesome for photography and video also good built quality.

@@haryanto1527 Vlog mode has been added also few feature has been such as long exposure mode, clone mode, studio lighting for Portrait mode, music for short video.. In short, its upgraded n camera is jus awesome.

@@haryanto1527 I compared with my old redmi note 4, stabilization was aweosme but its 50% less when i compared with iphone 10. If we use phone stand or gimble then it wud deliver good stabilization.

@@sudhanshu209 6-7 hours of screen time is pretty okay result. I don't own OnePlus 8 Pro, so it would be really hard to tell battery time. However you can easily found other UA-cam reviews regarding OP8 Pro battery time. I think its around 7-9 hours on 120Hz.
Same here, I already own Oneplus 7 pro and I'm thinking for an upgrade. I guess I will stay on oxygen Os. Oneplus 8 maybe.

Hi. Thanks for watching as well as your question! Aparently Xiaomi Mi 10 (Global model) doesn't come with pre-applied screen protector. You have to buy seperately.

This phone is a huge flop here in India due to some significant issues such as :
1. Overheating issues ( Even while using simple app for example Google Maps it's getting closed due to overheating ).
2. Sudden call disconnections / Signal drop problems.
3. Speaker volume is very low / underwhelming.
4. Annoying Connectivity problems ( Won't be able to play games if connected to wifi due to frequent disconnections ).
5. Microphone issues
Don't know if the new update fixed the above-mentioned problems or not. If anyone facing the same then let me know. 😭

Hows it performing in miui 12.5? Battery and performance overall bro?
Battery is holding weaker after 1+ year of use, but that's normal for every phone with time (I can't tell how MIUI 12.5 impacts that). Still some bugs shows up from software side, but nothing major.
It does not have the most basic feature call recorder.
Also no LED notifications!! how am I suppose to if I got a message without turning on my phone??
And no speed dial on home screen.
all this features were in previous version and now gone.
I tried many apps to replace it, all were bad
really bad phone all the basic features does not exist, very disappointed.
You have always on display feature for notifications, for recorder - its due to MIUI firmware itself, not because of specific phone model.

Production Values are really good. Very organized, keep it up.
Try to capitalize on the momentum to cover the phone when interest is high. After a weeks, interest dissipates. Also go for more aggressive titles to catch attention.

Look at Unbox Therapy, MKBHD Mrwhosetheboss who are doing exactly this. Are 144hz phones gimmicks? 120hz lcd vd 60hz oled? Do Fast Charging phones lead to bad battery life in the long run?

Well, if you want number of not so important or impossible things on the smartphone for this money then Mi 10 is definitely not the one I am afraid. And 5G and WiFi 6 are not gimmick, just because of others so-called big companies aren't including or offering it for every country especially with extortionate price! You can never complain about the others with at least more than double of the price of Mi 10, can you?

I could get it (new) for around 280$. I am looking for a modern looking, great battery life, snappy, customizable phone with at least 90hz and the camera should be decent too. At least as good as the huawei p20 from 2018(?).
Mi 10 is way better than P20. 280$ is very reasonable price as well.

Hi! Thanks for the review! May I ask how do you feel the Mi 10 compares to the oneplus 8? Perhaps in terms of software and user experience.
I can only compare to my previous OP7 Pro, but to be honest, just like I said in video, I prefer Oxygen OS over MIUI. It's nothing crazy, I have installed Oxygen OS style theme on the top, so it feels more familiar now. You can also turn off animations in settings menu so it would feel more snappy and faster. At the end - I think it's just a matter of time and getting used to one or another Android skin.
Also OnePlus seems to receive new Android updates faster, we will see how it will go with Mi10.

Buy Oneplus 8, its better phone even specs says opposite. I wrote my experience from first hand, had both MI10 and OP8 for a week, and I keep OP8. And Samsungs UI is most advanced and probably best Ui on the market today, then Oxygen and maybe MiUI after those two.
Since this phone is a bit out of my budget, I was thinking about buying the poco f2 pro however, I can find the mi note 9s for 170 euros. Do you think the poco f2 pro is worth the extra 250 euros, or would you even recommend that I save up for the mi 10 which sits around 500 euro's above the note 9s. Besides all this, I really like your review. Keep the good content up!!

You see, Redmi Note 9S is a mid-range phone, while Poco F2 Pro and Mi 10 have flagship specs of 2020. Xiaomi Mi 10 is of course more premium option with superior features including build design, faster 90Hz screen, better main camera, fast 30W wireless charging, etc.
So at the end of the day it really depends what you want/need from the phone. Once you get an overall better phone - you will not want to downgrade.
K30 pro zoom with 256gb rom is cheaper still than a mi 10,good value imho

Personally I would still go with Mi 10. Reasons why: better AMOLED screen, 90Hz is enough for smooth experience and consumes less battery than 144Hz, Mi 10 also has 30W wireless charging.

Do you always use the alway on display or not to your phone? And is it true that the always display mode on the mi 10 can damage the screen and cause the shadow since it screen is amoled..
Let me ask you; you were worry about fingerprint spots of mi10 on that price range.
Will you be worry about that when you review s20 ultra and p40pro plus?
I am not worried, just saying that phone looks dirty without case or skin. E.g. Mi 10 Pro has frost finish so it doesn't collect that much of fingerprints, or even better example of Oppo Find X2 Pro with leather style back cover... There are different solutions for fingerprints :))
@@NiuxTech I know but many reviewers focus on some small details that's not important on a device cost 500$ in same time ignore those small details on real flagship phones such as p40 pro + and s20 ultra matte finish ain't available on those devices they collect fingerprint spots as well as mi 10.
Btw thnx for your effort if you get mi10 pro plz do a camera review with gcam and stock cam cuz I'm pretty sure xiaomi updated stock camera in miui 12.
