This and the littlest hobo, great programme that was out at the beginning of the 80's loved it as a kid, Canadian version of lassie, and black beauty, the good old days when as kids we could watch proper TV rather than reality TV.
It’s interesting that they decided to keep the original score - Galloping Home - in for the reboot, and I am glad that they had the good sense to do so. But then again ... how could they hope to improve on it? It really is an inspired piece, from an era of memorable theme tunes: This, Van Der Valk, Crown Court, The Walton’s, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams ... there were so many shows, both for kids and adults that you would still recognise those tunes today, even if you hadn’t seen any of those shows in years.
I can absolutely understand your feelings! That realized novel deserved an unforgetable and heroic tune - that one is still the most beautiful I know, in the television - still after 50 years!!!!
This themes takes me back in time. First me as a child in the 70s and later in the 90s as a mom, watching this series together with my son We both loved The themes of black beauty and we still do. So beautiful, goes straight to your heart!
Beautifully shaping Power and Passion through this Impressive Video Clip. Music (composed by sir Denis King!), And by the HUGE IMPOSANT Inner Willpower of the Noble Animal himself ..
Filming on the beach was no doubt inspired by the tune, following the original series that did not show any particularly great scene. That is testimony to the tune, it called for the very best.
Brother we need to get back in contact I haven't seen you since I left that goths house years ago I just seen you on a Sargon stream and remembered your face
the guy that was staying on the couch? if that's you, I know your name, just won't say it here.. I also probably still have your dad's number, tried to get hold of you at some point. if that's not you. then have no clue who you are. lol
