I’m a big boy also. 53 years old and have 7 motovox’s with 212’s and 6 Doodle bugs with 212 multiple go karts and 2 Drift trikes me and my grandson Kayden love your videos
You probably dont care but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I was stupid lost my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
@Allen Khari I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and I'm trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
When you tacked that tube into place for the upper shock mount I was horrified it would come loose and give you a prostate exam! Then when it CRACKED, I just about jumped out of my seat! Awesome project!! Keep it up!!
Great upgrades.I put a 212cc on a Tomas mini dirt bike and I had the same issue with the back shock so I wielded another bigger shock over it like a sleeve. The Gas tank looks great.
One of my fav builds. Keep up the good work. In process of building a old manco mini bike. Your videos give me all kinds of ideas. Thinking about building something like this.
Great video !! You provided me with the inspiration to build my own mini bike !!! Thank you !!! I wish you the very best for next year !!! Great content !!
I thought cuttin the tank was gutsy. - liquid always finds a hole! Pressure testing your welds afterwards is smart. I’ve seen the next clip, and hopin you’ve done the one after that. Nice work, great project! Lookin sweet!
Awesome, man! Hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving... I have two Coleman 200uEX's and been watching your videos for the past 8 months or so learning some mod basics. You and your buddy are excellent at explaining and illustrating how to/ how not to do some of these awesome upgrades. I'm new to working on these but have already come a long way, thanks to you guys. Looking forward to more!
Great videos keep them coming. FYI the we have raced the stage 4 212cc we got from you all year and its still strong, we can keep up with 460 big blocks and out run 2 strokes. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS
If your jackshaft was also used as the swingarm pivot, you solve a few problems. The chain tension changing with swingarm travel would go away as would the squatting effect caused by engine torque pulling on the rear sprocket. Just put a couple of plates from the swingarm legs to the jackshaft & run a couple of bearings in them.
I was thinking that too but I thought he said the swing arm was at way too steep an angle with that setup. Maybe making a swing arm that drops down at the rear would work? Not sure. I'd want chain to not lose tension rather than have swing arm angle perfect though.
@@boydrogers7227 Some motorcycles do put the swingarm pivot very close to the output drive sprocket but it's mechanically complex to share the output shaft with the swingarm pivot axle when you're using a transmission. A jackshaft is a bit more flexible in this regard. Greg could do this very easily, he is very handy with fabrication. He could fit a couple of bearings in pinch clamps on the end of the plates running to the swingarm legs.
Those inter fenders really help from rocks and mud slinging ~ If i do tear one down like that i would make a mini chopper out of it, with extended forks ~ I would keep those fat tires on it to
I know it would be a little more complicated but why not combine the jack shaft and swing arm pivot point. That should eliminate the need for a chain tensioner and lighten up the rear end slightly. We picked up 2 yerfdog 3202's last year for $200 each. One is completely original the other one I swapped a Predator 212 on and did the governor and oil shut off elimination. Then added a stage one kit. Still trying to find a good flowing muffler (cheap) to quiet it down. Would love a suggestion if you have any thanks. Keep up the great work / videos. My wife and I watch all you videos together.
Would be sick to see the front end off of one of those pitster pro fse190 fat tire bikes, or some kind of longer travel, possibly inverted, forks and wide wheel/axle/triples on there
It's got to be a angle formula that the bike manufacturer use to get the swing arm in the right position to chain positioning! Still watching, but only two supports for the swingarm!
Gas tank is awesome but I noticed on video you didn't turn the handlebars lock to lock to see if the gas tank blocks the full turning radius of the handlebars. Nobody checked to see if the handlebars hit the gas tank.
Now this is exactly what I've been looking for a rear suspension set up on a frame

I dig the rear swing arm idea. Great idea. Now build a buggy with a snowmobile engine!

@Allen Khari It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much you really help me out!
@Gunner Riley No problem =)
I watch all yalls videos to help me get my minibike rolling. Thx. This is my first time to comment.

Love the rear suspension. Thanks for introducing the Benchmark Abrasives. They’re great!
Those little mini bikes look like fun.
Sweet build! Now you need to produce a kit!
If only
Back in the 30's they used to make rear suspension adapters for hard tail bikes, kinda makes me wonder why they don't do that for minibikes
Hear hear!! I’d buy it! Take my money 😅
I ran in to Red Beard and his boy at Rural King a couple weeks ago. Super nice folks.
I like how you build your parts yourself. Loving the mini bike
I'm liking this build. Need to do this to mine.👍💯
Yeah, I agree you guys do need to build a kit. I'd buy one.
Appreciate all your hard work, especially video editing i know it takes a lot of time!

I always wanted to build a swingarm for a hardtail ride ! Thanks Greg for great video !

It'd look janky as the swingarm would have to go around the outside of the frame.
Awesome build! Love to see it!
Really like that build looks awesome.
The build is looking awesome.
That bike is gonna be alsome!
You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work.
i love the mini bike videos keep up the great work!
nice work RBG

Why not use the jackahaft as the swing arm pivot, it works great and keeps the chain tight all of the time!
like the swing arm. would it be possible to use the jack shaft as the swing arm, so the chain would stay taught?
Nice, def need to do this to mine!
I need a new engine for my mini bike hopefully I win. Love your vids boss💯
Man that looks so sweet
Awesome job love it ! God-bless!
This build is looking sweet I'm looking for a colman frame for a 440 build but now I want it to have a swing arm too
I need a tank like that!!!!!!
Sick bike!
Nice! And merry Christmas!
That tnk looks good, might need to look into one.
Looks awesome
This is sick

i was iffy on the tank at first, but it turned out looking great
I wanna try this.
love your vids keep it up

You should build another and 670 swap it😅😅. Nice video man keep up the great work
May as well engine swap a nuclear sub motor.
@@SportbikerNZ or a Cadillac 500 😂
Yo Red do something with the handle bars ,, 1 1/2 inch risers maybe.. they look small ?
