Hi, I've been watching your channel for years, and feel like the quality of the videos got so much better now. Before, you could not focus clearly and strayed away from the food when it was cooking, but now you capture every single delicious moment of the food and its cooking process. I love your awesome vids, and keep it up!
The extended video! I may have said this before but I'm not into sushi, however I enjoyed watching this master prepare it all 😮👏 Oh, and the jumping shrimp scared me lol
This is the most chatting I've ever heard between sushi chefs. It sounds like they're enjoying themselves, which is great, usually when they're very quiet I wonder if they like their jobs.
Beautiful! I just had my fill today in a wonderful Sushi Restaurant here in Germany. But seeing this Video alone shows me that I have to visit Japan soon. I can't wait to do my foodie vacation in Japan. :-)
Elton Bergruh Oh yes! Halfway decent at least. Just don't expect something too extravagant. Two are in Kassel called "Shinyu" and "Wasabi". Great Sushi for a unbeatable low price! In Berlin you have "Namu Sushi Lounge" which is a tad more pricey but worth it. In Köln or Cologne you have "Okinii". It's really modern and fresh. Very fun to eat! Then there is "Matsumi" in Hamburg. The Chefs where trained in Japan, the rice is perfectly cooked and the fish is fresh.... expensive, but it can easily hold its self against japanese Sushi. And it's very traditional! In Mannheim you have "Tokyo" and "Kaoru". Both are a perfect choice. In Munich you can go to "Sushiya Sansaro". Go there during the summer! Trust me on this one, you will love it. ;-) Oh, and I almost forgot "Fugu" in Hamburg. Modern, experimental and really cool. I still know a few if you need more. Just tell me where you want to go and what you are looking for. I know almost every Asian Restaurant in Germany. Or at least the good ones. (^^)
Elton Bergruh Ofcourse! I was few times in Hannover and I really love 4 Sushi Restaurants there. 1. Sushi-Do 2. TresOr 3. Sindo 4. Kindai Sushi In that particular order. TresOr is taste wise and from the presentation my favourite. It is bald, revolutionary, modern, untraditional and very cool. But it's pricey. You get allot of Bang for allot of bucks. Sushi Do on the other hand is my absolute favourite in many regards. It isn't as expensive, but the quality is exceptionally well. They got traditional Types, as well as a few new westernized and neo japanese Sushi. Perfectly fine for a nice fill. My go to place after work. The other two are also very good and I can recommend them. (^^)
I've been craving for sushis for days now! In Thailand, there's not much sushi restaurants.. I can't wait to be in Japan!! It's gonna be crazy, I'm going to eat sushis everyday 😂
Yeah I am back to Bangkok now, might go to "Inaho" but I was talking Ko Lanta, Ko Samui, Krabi :). Found one in Phuket which was really good, now it's time for Bangkok sushis!!
I love me some sushi. Nothing against the ones in america, but the sushi in other countries seem to be way better. The best kind of sushi I had in my life currently was when i was in Hong Kong. I never been. To Japan yet. I can't wait to go over there as well
It's a same thing, it's coming from the same planet ,same ocean🌊 just go and eat in a normal restaurant you can save your money. Like I say it's coming from the same ocean
I wont disagree that conveyor belt sushi served in Japan is of decent quality. I've been there and there is still a clear difference concerning taste between conveyor belt sushi and sushi served in places like the one in the video. Plus they are serving pretty expensive stuff in the vid like uni and ootoro (super fatty tuna)
@ This is premium fish, and you basically have a personal highly trained chef cooking for you/your group for an hour or more. 137 is cheap, considering they have to pay super expensive rent, premium ingredients, and pay the chefs.

tabundo001 well then your stupid enjoy wasting your money.
I love the attention to detail, the presentation, the idea that every mouthful should be exquisite. Not sure about the live prawns being dismembered, though...
Please, can you tell us the name of store and the addess? My brother is in Japan, and when I told him about this video, he said he really wants to go there.

??? ??? crustaceans aren’t developed or complex enough to feel pain, if that makes you feel better

I love your videos. Especailly some note of specific locations in the end!!!
I can't say that I've ever had any real desire to try sushi, but I do enjoy watching them prepare it.
First time we heard your voice! Don’t know why but it feels good to know that you do have one!
Please put restaurant names everywhere you go and their location. Awesome videos.

So much respect for Japanese cuisine, such perfectionism is truly astonishing. Cheers from France!
The extended video! I may have said this before but I'm not into sushi, however I enjoyed watching this master prepare it all 😮👏 Oh, and the jumping shrimp scared me lol
Aden Films oh lol ♡
i liked it at first try, however we do not have many sushi "bars" here
that's your parents fault.
this video really took me there, good stuff
Thank you for making good movies on UA-cam all the time.
These videos are so perfect, and I have no idea why I love watching them. 😂
Watching sushi japanese art is fascinating, thank you Aden films, it was awesome.
Just Delicious , i drool when I see these dishes ! I can not wait to go to Japan !
I love it I love the way they work they’re so much clean and the food is looks so delicious thank you for this beautiful video
looks so amazing!

It’s deemed as rude to speak during meals in Japan amongst chefs. Ramen chefs want to hear slurping and Sushi chefs want to see head nods
Love your videos:)
This is the best sushi video ive seen, i love their professionalism and very neat
Thank you for showing this restaurant.
holy moly...this is amazing.
Most satisfying video I've seen for last year :)
Looks delicious!

This shop is「Ginza Kyubei」Located in Ginza, Tokyo.
You can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi at a reasonable price.
Where in Ginza? I live in Tokyo ; )
This is what a real sushi bar is like in action.... Not a bunch of cinematic bs that Eater or other social media make it look like.
I hope to see same video like in more long duration
Thanks aden film😊😊😊

Sushi on another level..so jealous. Those shrimp appear to be fresh 😉
This is not just cooking. This is Art.
Defo doing this.
Then get a local to take me drifting in the autumn rain.
In San Francisco or NYC this level of sushi at least $200 per person(include tax&tips).
i like sushi but the way he slices some of the peaces u can also bite into the fish itself :O
Looks great

Is it good idea to eat this those living shrimp? I mean you can get anisakid larvaes
12:41 спасибо)))
looks like Kyubei. Seems to have good value considering the price
I love shrimp, Tokyo, because I eat fish delicately
In japan.. even chain sushi restaurants served on conveyor belts have such amazing quality fish, and the price is sooo low.
Ok so why is this so much 139 seems like a lot for nothing really

It depends on the restaurant, there is 600$ per person...

I jumped so far when that happened.
I love sushi.

Wonder how many sushi pieces you had total? $139 is alot cheaper than the other $250 or $300 places in Tokyo

Bonjour, on s'y croirait, le bruit, l'ambiance.
Amazing
Wish it could keep going for another 20 mins.

Your videos make my fridge empty so faster :D
R.I.P fresh shrimp
アゴドリル lol yea, but at least it fresh, its delicious and wont make u sick.
アゴドリル That shrimp was just like, "FML. Why does my life have to end like this?!"
Don't make fun of a creatures life... Have some heart.
Fresh is more likely to make you sick. Most sushi is frozen not just to preserve it but to kill parasites.
Baxapaf that only really applies to certain types of seafood and where you got it. Obviously, you risk getting sick every time you eat something raw.

The shrimp tried to escape LMAO
Next time I eat sushi, I'm going to flip it where I taste the fish first and not the rice.
