cant do much about i guess unless you got more influence or money or better both :'D but i agree its kinda fucked to peel the shrimp while being alife(no pun intended btw) but im not gonna start a discussion which way to kill the shrimp would be the wright one. just ripping the shell of while its still alife is more than sick.

??? ??? crustaceans aren’t developed or complex enough to feel pain, if that makes you feel better

ashy - Of course they feel pain. It's part of survival. They wouldn't have lasted for millions of years if it weren't for pain... I hate when people state things that are just completely false as if they are facts.

Hi, I've been watching your channel for years, and feel like the quality of the videos got so much better now. Before, you could not focus clearly and strayed away from the food when it was cooking, but now you capture every single delicious moment of the food and its cooking process. I love your awesome vids, and keep it up!

RoninsKitchen Can you recommend some good sushi in Germany?

    • @woknmaki4885
      @woknmaki4885 6 років тому +1

Elton Bergruh Oh yes! Halfway decent at least. Just don't expect something too extravagant.
Two are in Kassel called "Shinyu" and "Wasabi". Great Sushi for a unbeatable low price!
In Berlin you have "Namu Sushi Lounge" which is a tad more pricey but worth it.
In Köln or Cologne you have "Okinii". It's really modern and fresh. Very fun to eat!
Then there is "Matsumi" in Hamburg. The Chefs where trained in Japan, the rice is perfectly cooked
and the fish is fresh.... expensive, but it can easily hold its self against japanese Sushi.
      And it's very traditional!
In Mannheim you have "Tokyo" and "Kaoru". Both are a perfect choice.
In Munich you can go to "Sushiya Sansaro". Go there during the summer! Trust me on this one, you will love it. ;-)
Oh, and I almost forgot "Fugu" in Hamburg. Modern, experimental and really cool.
I still know a few if you need more. Just tell me where you want to go and what you are looking for.
I know almost every Asian Restaurant in Germany. Or at least the good ones. (^^)

RoninsKitchen Wow thanks! I'll try some when I get the chance. I live in Hannover. Any tips there?

    • @woknmaki4885
      @woknmaki4885 6 років тому +1

      Elton Bergruh
Ofcourse! I was few times in Hannover and I really love 4 Sushi Restaurants there.
      1. Sushi-Do
      2. TresOr
      3. Sindo
      4. Kindai Sushi
      In that particular order.
TresOr is taste wise and from the presentation my favourite.
It is bald, revolutionary, modern, untraditional and very cool. But it's pricey.
You get allot of Bang for allot of bucks.
Sushi Do on the other hand is my absolute favourite in many regards.
It isn't as expensive, but the quality is exceptionally well.
They got traditional Types, as well as a few new westernized and
neo japanese Sushi. Perfectly fine for a nice fill. My go to place after work.
The other two are also very good and I can recommend them. (^^)

    • @cheechungchong7716

I wont disagree that conveyor belt sushi served in Japan is of decent quality. I've been there and there is still a clear difference concerning taste between conveyor belt sushi and sushi served in places like the one in the video. Plus they are serving pretty expensive stuff in the vid like uni and ootoro (super fatty tuna)

      @
This is premium fish, and you basically have a personal highly trained chef cooking for you/your group for an hour or more. 137 is cheap, considering they have to pay super expensive rent, premium ingredients, and pay the chefs.
