Yes sir you have to remove the bumper and headlight in order to move the fender and I do not have a video on how to remove the fender

You welcome and no I didn’t I normally disconnect the battery whenever am removing the front sensor for whatever reason

My headlight lens case cracked, so I bought a replacement case. Do I still need to remove the bumper to put a new case?

Seems like if I take the wheel liner screws out, I should be able to get to the bottom headlight screw without having to remove the bumper cover, is that correct? Will the headlight come out if I don't remove the bumper cover? Thanks!
No sir the bumper must come off if you planning on taking out that headlight, just take your time and the job don you got this one bolt at a time 🙏🏾
