Utica NY community seeks justice for 13-year-old killed by police

- Community members gathered at Utica City Hall July 1, 2024, to seek justice for the death of 13-year-old Nyah Mwah who was shot and killed by a Utica Police officer on Friday night. Supporters sat in a City Council meeting and began chanting for justice after the meeting. They then took the demonstration outside. Video by Kenny Lacy Jr.
Ive been studying this for years. I've concluded fleeing from police and pulling a gun at night can be dangerous
I've concluded that pulling people over and telling them the reason you pull them over was you obeying the law IE your writing your bike in the road and you're walking on the sidewalk is an illegal detention

@@PamelaTaylor The incident happened just at around 10 pm, the kid was returning home from a bible study that was being held at a pastors house that evening.

Cop acted perfectly in order to save his wife from widowhood in his mind. Mother was negligent in bringing up her son that way.
Ok the kid flashed a gun and this cop was supposed to know it's ONLY a bb gun 13 year old learned a lesson the hard way.. let this serve as an example for other kids who want to be big boys .

This is disgusting. The parents are the only ones to blame. Charge them and all that support them with facilitating his death.
He fled from the police because he did something wrong and he knew it. Don’t blame the police, as they only have seconds, if that to react to protect themselves and whoever’s near by.
Honestly they are only out to protect themselves. Rarely to protect others. I'm on their side with this case though.
