People at the Western North-Shore are really not happy, especially that the line to Deux-Montagnes used to be a train line before they closed for the REM conversion. And people at West Island aren't happy because the traffic is awful that it takes time for them to reach to the city core.
REM is the great big hope in Canada, and really, North America! Their setbacks are a lot less than others, and definitely it's a bigger project by a big stretch!
If you live there, there's interruptions at the Montreal Metro as well despite being underground. It took one month to re-open St-Michel Metro station recently. Their services are slow due of the low budget for the city public transportation.
It's will be open in 2026 mark my word
It's just TOO COMPLEX for caquist Québec.
This takes too long but hopefully it opens soon

even its open no ones take it since it is expensive and they always want sort of outage
it literally costs the same thing as the metro to take
