I made almost this exact recipe (Ina Garten’s favorite recipe) last night but did it in the oven…next time I will do it in my Cosori and use parchment to save on cleanup…I know I will never use another recipe for making a meatloaf…better than my standard one and my sister’s ( but don’t tell my sister!!!)

As long as the parchment is weighted down, no problem…where most people fail is when they put something in the center only so the sides can blow up closer to the heating element…I almost always use parchment because I like the less cleanup ability…

Guess I'm weird I don't like onions in my meat loaf, I do like taco seasoning in my meat loaf.
