Running and walking long hours is so much easy for me but doing this makes me so tired and out of breath. lol But I love this work out I have ugly posture while working and probably walking. Thank you! This is so good.

I’ve been doing yoga for posture for a while and my posture still isn’t great so I thought I’d try something different. This was definitely a workout! Hopefully that means it’ll work 🙂

That felt great, I had some back pain (I’m not sure if it was because I did a Pilates exercise incorrectly or because I’m stuck working all day at my desk) but this kind of relived it wow
Wow wow wow this is exactly what I've been looking for. I scanned through and thought "short workout, looks easy" and boy was I wrong! My upper back has been killing me with all the sitting lately so I will try to come back to this one regularly.
I have been doing it almost daoly for over two months and feel so much better! My chronic back pain is much less now. Loving This workout x

This is horrible! You make people to work on the same side for more than 3 minutes. It's just painful for the other arm.
