  • This video shows you exactly what one liter per minute of HHO looks like. Don't be fooled by people who claim large amounts of HHO with small amounts of power.

    Great demo. I have seen lots of HHO videos on youtube and yours are the best by far. I appreciate the fact that you take the time to make your points clearly. You use good lighting, a steady camera position, good angles and offer lots of details. All these things in combination make it so much easier to understand the more technical aspects of your presentations. When dealing with electricity and highly explosive gas, getting the details right is pretty important, especially for newbies.

    Mike, been enjoying all the video's for a while now, especially like the one on neutral plates. A break down on the relationship between amps, volts and the strength/weakness on the fluid mixture and temp side afects would be really useful if you ever get a bit board :) Thanks again for the great work.

    Those are 3" schedule 40 clear PVC and I get it from US Plastic. I can't post links here so just look up US Plastic. Unfortunately you have to but a minimum of 10 feet at about $20/ft after shipping. Sometimes you can find smaller pieces for sale on eBay.

    @arthus1971 that is very true about the PWM. The pwm that is worth it though is the current limited one that Zerofossilfuel shows you how to make. Its not just on verse off time but you can set the base amps/current so no matter what changes in the cell (temp cold or hot) you will only draw the same amperage, meaning you can run electrolyte in highish doses at cold temps without thermal runnaway once the cell is warm.

    I'm not trying to hack on you man. Your videos are very good. I didn't know if you were aware of the effect of back pressure. I also use a 3/8 line. If you use a 7/8 line, you'll get even more gas.

    I was always of the attitude 'Never say die' I understand the hurdles, but they are only challenges we need to address. I am confident that I could make a portable device fit to keep a caravan going (on the gas side). This is only a starting point to get funds to research & develop this to it`s max.

    I read an article that said "Joe" from Austrailia, in his own words, claimed to be able to power a whole house from negative electricity created after you charge up water in a Joe cell. He said you simply take power from the negative, and power from a neutral plate, and if you did this, you could light a light bulb, and it would be twice as bright, and cool to the touch, using no conventional "hot" current. He figured out a way to create negative electricity. I have no idea how?

  • @centralcoastoffgrid
    @centralcoastoffgrid  13 років тому

    @a2zhandi You are incorrect. That is not a valve, it is a T fitting. After hooking up the hose, HHO is just coming out the open end of the T. I simply plug the open end of the T with my thumb at the same time I start the stopwatch. Look close you will se the bottle jump as soon as I plug the T. Nice try though!

    It depends on how much power you are using to get 500ml/min. Most dry cells will give you 1 lpm at 15 amps plus or minus a few amps. That cell might work out OK if you only have a 1 liter engine.

    @supermuble Sounds like I jumped the gun on you there, my apologies for being short. I should have checked your channel first. I'm glad to see that you are making videos on your experiments. Do you plan on making any about your plate conditioning and high voltage experiments? Sounds like this could be your niche.

  • @centralcoastoffgrid

    I think most drill batteries are 18 volts so you would need to add neutral plates. Other than that, a battery is a battery. They will probably drain fast though.

    I can do a small torch with 1 lpm. Use either Sodium Hydroxide or Potassium Hydroxide for electrolyte. Yes use a PWM to control amp draw.

  • @Ritalie

    @hhoconnection Thanks for the apology that means a lot. I strive to be respectful online. I am trying to study the way that electrolysis can produce static electricity. I have no idea where to start, although I just now realized that everyone who has mastered electrolysis, they also figure out how to make water create electricity. Joe, who invented the Joe Cell, said a charged water container could produce negative electricity, in nearly unlimited amounts like Edwin Gray.

    If you were to hook that to an engine it would be in the neighborhood of 1.5dlpm. I'm getting 43 mpg out of a Dodge minivan(2006) using Darol Mason's system. For accurate numbers you need to get an in-line gas meter so you can test it on a running vehicle.

    Good demonstration, and I agree that HHO production is exagerated by some vendors. I am definitely interested in getting better HHO production from my Transitional Technologies 773 unit. My tests show between 1.3 and 1.85 liters per minute, running at about 400 watts. Not so good! So how do I tweak this system to boost HHO production?

    Over here a lot of power tools run off 12V. So I don`t think that`s a problem, I should have made it clearer though that I was referring to just the start up for a system that could generate enough electric to keep itself going. My bad, sorry!

  • @a2zhandi
    @a2zhandi 13 років тому

    haha, I don't even look for lpm. I'm more interested in MPG!
    Great analogy though.
    However, I believe your test if faulty.
    Your hose pushing gas is hooked to the barb/valve end for several seconds while you chat. You then set the stop watch and open the valve.
    Isn't your system building pressure during this time?

  • @hammysmad

    Another wee question would be do aluminium plates burn out quicker or stop the electrolysis in any way?

  • @arthus1971
    @arthus1971 12 років тому

    After years of test I can said 1LPM = 290W or 14.5Vcd x 20Amps, no electrolite just water, PWM does not work, the production is proportional to energy x time, if you use a pwm at 50% you will get only 50% of production. Pwm save energy in other electronic or electric devices, but remember this device is electrochemical, for to measure it I fill a simple 1Lt bottle on the water.

  • @centralcoastoffgrid

    @rdekraker This setup is NOT showing over unity. According to the numbers in this test, this cell is running at 6.05 MMW. If memory serves me correct over unity would be 9.28 MMW. I'm not even close! And NO, there is no second cell. The only thing behind that board is more junk on my bench. The hose coming from the bubbler just goes to a T. I plug in the hose from the bubbler and then you can see me cap the open end of the T. Seriously, I am about as honest about this stuff as you will find.

    Any idea on how many kilograms per minute you are getting? I know you say a liter per minute, but there are different amounts of compression you can apply to a gas to make it fit in a liter container. Just wondering about the mass per minute rather than the volume, it would help me figure out the math of the system.

    so far all the claims of >1l/min I have seen either on youtube or anywhere else (except this one and 01wizmiles01) have been a lot of ranting and raving and loud distracting music in the background, with pictures of lots of wires, tubes and frothing, bubbling liquids like in a witches cauldron without any solid clear measurements. So good work there hho, and keep it up. To anybody interested further can check out on 01wiz where he does it when loaded on his car and under practical and real conditions and it comes about the same as in this vid.
