That very first part that you took off which hold the roll in place has been thrown away by a cleaner. Is there somewhere I can buy this as a spare part?

Currently the CL's are not compatible with the BarTender software. Were you looking to use a custom label format?
@@cas-usacorporation900 actually I need to print lables in my kannada language and I can customise lable format how I want in Bartender which I can't design in cl work pro, so if I can connect my cl5200 scale to bartender then I take weight input from sacle and print on lables on external printer ...

The first thing you could try is disabling the 'peel off sensor' in scale/printer config menu. If that does not work please leave your scale model and description of your issue and we would be happy to try and help.
