@@cas-usacorporation900 scale password , I’m able to put entries via pc but it ask for password for certain things in scale , like communication, printer etc , I think might need both clerk and scale pass

@@paike5172 In order to reset a scale password you will need to perform a memory clear from the CAL mode menu.
