There are many different label format's that can be configured to work with LP1000N model.

Sounds like your printhead is the issue. Usually a good time to consider purchasing new scale.
I disconnected mine without powering of the switch first. Now it won’t come on. It was working perfect. Any suggestions? RESETS? Thank you
