@@whitewellybmxrestorations thanks. i put up a few new bmx videos if you get bored. gonna film a flatland highlights film today. but i got a new bmx cruiser. i did a video of and the 50 year old tailwhips videos. if your bored.
Nice work dude! I still have my '96 FS Expert that I've had since brand new. These Powerlites in general seem to be pretty uncommon.. I rarely see them. 🤙
Cheers man. Yeah they are rare. Usually can find the fs1 or fs2 . However I picked up a chaos. Same frame but no ad990 mounts. That will be on here at some point.
Yes welly, hope your all good....massive respect 🙏, once again on the vlog 👍...your attention to detail, is jeddi master...quick question sir, do you sell any of your bikes.????..
Yeah I'm good. Mega busy with life things. I dont sell them unfortunately. Keep them for the collection. . My attention to detail sometimes gets the better of me..
I once started to restore a 1990 P-Lite P61XL and realized that all the parts original, parts I acquired were worth more individually than the bike complete itself.
You'll find that with most bikes today, especially if you have to go to eBay to source many parts. Are you building for show or to ride? I want it to look good, but it will be a rider... or it won't be in my collection. Should I ever sell a bike in my collection... I'd part it out. But i'm 56. I plan to die with the collection I have. Ever once I can no longer ride. As long as I enjoy looking at them... then they are worth every cent I ever paid for them. I bought nothing... with the thought of selling it. Saying all that... I try to avoid NOS for the most part. I want good clean rider condition parts. I'll leave the highest $$$ NOS parts for the show builders to throw money after. Not saying I don't own or buy anything NOS... but I try my best not to. Some times theres't no other options. Sometimes NOS isn't available at any price... so it all balances in the end. I can afford to build 100% NOS. But I'm going to RIDE it. Spending the extra cash on something that isn't going to stay NOS or damn close... seems wasteful if there are other options. I just scored a complete bike the one in this video. With the 3 piece cranks etc... I'm replacing the rims, not the wheels, replacing the seat and grips, cleaning it up, adding decals... and putting new brakes on it since most of what is there, is missing. I traded a stack of golf discs for the bike. Crazy. Because of my base cost... even if all replacement parts are NOS... the value of the bike is far going to exceed what I have in it. I have a found a unicorn in this one. Yes, they do exist. ;)
Very nice love a chrome bmx 👍🇬🇧🏴👀
Thank you so much. Chrome seams to be my thing for 1995 bikes
What a stunning bike dude 👍👍 thanks for sharing 🤘
Thank you for watching and the comment. Glad you like it.

Thank you and they make it pop. Cheers for watching.
Looks so well, a big bike 😎😎🤙🏻
Thank you.
Gotta be the thickest f’n dropouts I’ve ever seen. I REALLY like this one
Cheers man. If you look closely they are 2 thin race bike dropouts welded together, pretty cool idea with no need to stamp out thicker ones.
@@whitewellybmxrestorations Definitely can see that I’m watching on a 58 inch television
Bet that looks epic
Great job. I haven’t watched a full build video in a while. I forgot how therapeutic they can be 😎
Thank you for the kind comments. I love doing the builds. Sharing them with others . Well it makes sense to show them off.
More to come 👍

Awesome video!! I missed it…what do you do with the Castro oil and the freewheel? You use to lube it?
Glad you managed to catch up. The castal pot is just Lm grease I use on the freewheel threads so its easier to remove from the hub.

Thanks for watching. Unfortunately some are worth more parted out. I'm not in it for the money. I build what I want in my collection..👍
