Personally I give my beard a quick pat dry with a towel, add beard oil, then blow dry.
I always wait until completely dry because oil and water don’t mix
I've tried towel dry and completely dry, both after the shower. I prefer waiting until completely dry, otherwise the hair can get kind of greasy and it's hard to get onto the skin. I usually give my beard a blow dry with low or cool heat setting as well.

I have been to two different barbers over the years and both fucked me up, so I decided to learn to groom my own beard. I have a similar beard to this guy, so I think Big Chris could handle it. I actually would like to see If he does it different than me. Anyway, if anyone knows Big Chris let him know I want to be in his next video. 🤘
