I like your videos it's easy to understand u dont talk to fast , and sometimes you do explain what are some things like , for example , when I mean like, K v m switch .I didn't know what that means until u explain it. Anyways, seeing features etc of the monitor I'm definitely want to buy this.I was considering the alienware. But I officially made my decision gonna be the asus!
rtings used an gtx 960 to test a 4k HDR1000 monitor and had the FALD tech turned off, and it took them years to realize this (their x27 review). Take everything with a grain of salt.
"Updated Aug 17, 2020: We've retested the SDR and HDR peak brightness, as well as the HDR color gamut and HDR color volume with local dimming enabled." how the F can they manage to leave off the most anticipated feature from a monitor and then take 2 years to realize this? an obvious meta-analysis of the reviews of the x27 clearly highlighted rtings as being the outlier. and knowing they used a gtx 960 for this 4k $2000 USD monitor, really goes to show how rtings are not gamers
Ty Nicolas. However i would poit that with wirmware mcm105 there is a brightness boost option for better brightness in hdr console more simular to 25-50% white window paramets as true black 400 mode. Would be nice if you mentiomn that because this makes hdr 1000 (console) actually very good and simular to true black 400 but brightter with small hiighlights pop and better shadow details etc.
I just don't see how this monitor is better than the MSI 321URX, especially when the 321 URX is $850 AUD cheaper here in Australia. The MSI has better VRR Flicker handling, better input lag, and better pre-cal colour. The only thing with the Asus is that is has a slightly better SDR brightness, and BFI, but what's the point of BFI with such high refresh rates??...
I am experiencing color banding on my PG32UCDM. I did EIZO test and there were noticeable banding issues. Not sure if I should return it - I am still within 30 days return window.
Enough for daytime usage with no direct window light. But 250 nits max on an oled is like a bugatti on bike wheels. I got the g8 with the same panel but brightness feels like a bottleneck to otherwise incredible picture quality of this monitor.
@@drunkhusband6257he’s referring to console gaming at 120hz. There’s a 10 second input lag which is higher than much of the competition. For 240hz gaming it’s non existent
@@louissalmi5726 Yes exactly, i mean at 120hz, and it is even worse at 60hz. The Msi monitor got a software update recently that improved their input lag significantly, which makes my asus monitor look bad now.

No nonsense reviews, love it! 😉🙏🏻🇸🇪

@a36538 you are holding onto this from 4 years ago? Lmao
The brightness is locked to 40% not 65% if using 90 watt mode. At least that's what mine said when i turned it on.
The Samsung OLED G8 does NOT cover burn in for its warranty. I confirmed this with Samsung directly.
S32DG80 is covered 3 years
Depends on the region. Here where I live they in fact do. I also asked Samsung directly.
wrong. 2 years full burn in panel cover with warrianty. however i have no idea how will you prove it to get a replacement.
Here it is. You can see it on the Samsung page
Hello, the analysis of the LG 27GS95QE, please, thank you very much.

How long is the included hdmi 2.1 cable?
you didn't test the kvm switch huh

How much input lag for BFI ?
DV is worthless unless you have a streaming device hooked up to the monitor...
That is not true, the Netflix app on Windows store works with Dolby Vision properly.
dolby vision works, with dovi extensions from ms store, also recommended energy media player
is "VRR flicker" noticeable when watching movies or just while playing games?
Movies have a fixed framerate, instead of a variable one, so it won't be an issue

What is color banding
🤔
Whats with the Cooler-Noise?
fan less they have a custom heatsink
@@retilecat because atm i have an 5 year old asus rog 4k hdr qdot Monitor and its very noisy.
how to connect this screen to 4090 better through hdmi 2.1 or dp1.4?
DisplayPort for sure.
is 250 nits bright enough ?

The higher input lag is an issue, asus disappoints here, especially since this is a gamer focused monitor.
? It has the lowest input lag of any monitor on the market...
