It's more normal to feel than it is to think.
Trust heart/gut, and listen to Eckhart tolle on youtube...I have a playlist on my channel.
The younger a person is when they find Eckhart Tolle, the better off they'll be.

i am an empath and I value my judgments. I judge for the reasons of seeing who I want to keep in my inner circle and who are not allowed in. I will listen to them and try to help if I can and realize when it is not my place to help and have them learn or not learn on their own. I believe that everyone has potential and many people do not live up to it. Most people would rather be like everyone else. Though I don't understand it it's their journey not mine. I have lived like this and kept a lot of toxic people out of my life and as an empath I feel I need to do that for my own sanity. What I don't do unless the person is just extremely awful is I do not condemn. There are only 2 people in my entire life I have ever reserved that honor. I used to let everyone in and it was taxing to my soul. I need to judge to take care of myself and the ones I love.

When you use your gifts appropriately based on what ur guidance system has taught you then you can have a beautiful life of your own... leading by example is also clearly being giving of yourself!

When it comes to judgement, I try to see the differences like color hues. Your beliefs, values, and fears make you your own rainbow.
Hate (bigotry, etc) and evil (inflicting pain on living creatures)
Is not part of a colorful array. To me, it is the black cloud that keep colors from shining their brightest.
Be authentic, be YOU. Embrace the differences as color variations, and never try to change another person's rainbow. Be compassionate and use your incredible empathy to understand others better ♡♡♡

It’s like everything he said went over your (and those below who agreed with you) head so fast that you are not even in the same zone. An empath doesn’t “not” love themselves. It actually has nothing to do with it. You’re missing the whole point.

This is to Lara not to be rude, but it seams that something got over your head .all I'm trying to say about this is that before we become anything or let our self be told of what we are ,we should find our self love just like Jesus teaches us most ppl miss understand the teaching when it says love your neighbor as your self key words (as your self ) an empath doesn't love them selfs truly they feel only loved when the do for others. I was an empath for a very long time not understanding that what I really needed was self love ,not from others coz they can't give you what they don't have for them self and that's why we get hurt and never feel good enough

NUMBER ONE really resonated with me. For those who may not completely get where he is coming from, the type of Judgement he is referring to is the "Wishing things and people were different". It doesn'texplicitly sound like -"why can't I be different" "why can't they behave this way instead" "why can't they make better choices" - but the undertone is definitely there. Judgement is different from evaluation. Evaluation is seeing things as they are and making decisions based on what is. Judgement is liking/or not liking how things are, condemning it/them for how it is and wishing things were different.

Judgement is seeming someone as a good person or bad person. Who knows why people are the way that they are and if we would be the same way if we had their life? Judging is usually saying how someone "should" be.
Discernment, on the other hand, is just saying, this isn't safe for me. It doesn't matter why they are unsafe or qualify it, but you can protect yourself without condemning them.

Wonderful information...... I forgot about these points because I got so overwhelmed with studying my past .... I tried to numb my present. I got burned out helping strangers, i.e. brothers and sisters in humananity... they didn't ecknowelege we were brothers and sisters, I gave the x up on them and myself in the long run. I tried isolating. Numbing the energy field with alcohol... Bad idea btw. The intensity of it all coming back after numbing it could make an empath go bonkers. Plz you guys don't numb it down. What we focus on gets bigger than it actually is. And omg our imaginations and what can create! Take his advise. Don't judge! Let everything be and live and process and learn. And stick together! I figured it all when I was 16 years old. I am 31 now.
1- Judgement is a very important to understand the wrong in what you do.
2- I almost had a mental breakdown due to empathy. I was feeling EVERYONE'S emotion simply I was walking in the street... knowing what was happening to them just by looking to their way of walking....a simple gesture gave it all to me. A lot of suffering around and it was overwhelming for a teenager. I stopped it by myself and I learnt to drain it all by creating a huge virtual library in my mind where I store all this information without letting it submerging me.
For the last decade and more I do not recall me suffering at all as I filter it all. I use it and transform it into positiveness towards myself and making sure everyone get the same chance to have a taste of this positiveness that everyone can achieve....
``Taking it personal`` can be channeled into good.
3- dialog is essential. No dialog no solution for anyone. Others and yourself.
4- I understood a long time ago. I ain't Superman. Helping and saving everyone is not possible. It is called the superman syndrome. Make piece with it and you will leave better.
Guiding others towards positiveness is the thing to do.
A little bit complicated to explain in a UA-cam comment but it is me...

It's pretty interesting how when I was younger with less knowledge, I did things instinctively and was right most of the time but always got criticized for being myself. This was even before I knew about being an empath. It hurt my feelings and I hated the criticism so I tried to do things differently like other people would want me to but I hurt myself even more because I was trying to act like who I wasn't. Now, I'm more conscious with my actions and trying to tune right back in and I realize everyday that I'm just trying to be who I used to be once again. I'm learning to make my present conscious mental state to act like my previous subconscious mental state. It's a bit difficult and quite confusing. They told me something was wrong with me, I never believed but after so many years, I began to believe "maybe something is actually wrong with me" (in turn trying to change myself) then I find out that I'm not the only one like this and I'm perfectly normal, just different. Then I want to revert back to my default self, feels like a loop, a bit confusing and has affected my mental state. Like, I'm going back and forth and it's a bit frustrating and quite annoying.

People are broken, most people break but they can fix themselves. All you can do is help them help themselves if they need you're help. I've tried to fix people and though it's a nice sentiment, there's a flaw with trying to be a hero. You imply that they can't do it themselves and if they get use to you saving them and doing everything for them they don't overcome the problem. the weaker of a state they are in, the more they will use you like life support. You have to have more faith in yourself and them. You need to soothe them, lift them up and help them discover their own strength if they haven't already. It's okay to help but their struggles are theirs to solve. The best you can do is give out suggestions and broaden their horizons by giving them ideas possibilities they have yet to consider. If you've ever been in a band or have siblings you're close to or played teamwork cooperative games then you know that there are specific things you have to do and specific things they have to do. You have to trust your partner enough to know they have your back to the bitter end. If you have issues with this then it's probably due to the fact you're use to people who weren't cooperative and wasn't truly on your side and You're use to trusting people you shouldn't have trusted. True partners have each others back to the bitter end.

It's a gift not to be messed with, we all grow at different times, because we're all unique. We are not psychic. We are born this way. Awesome content. Actually accepted this empath concept a few months ago. How does an empath learn to not judge a blood Brother ,when all you feel is pain and, anger when around him? Everytime I travel to visit him, I always go with an attitude of "Maybe he's mellowed a bit, since Mom passed away. Yet he's always putting me down, for hours. Just this past Thursday, I ended up saying nicely, "no one deserves to be treated like this, not even myself. I'm not angry with you, I love you, but I have to go home". Even though I traveled from Wisconsin to Illinois (my hometown). By the time I get home, within our last two visits, he sends me a text explaining "I'm sorry, I don't know why I bring up the past, and I have been drinking". Even when he does not drink, he always has to mention something negative about our past, or get in some mean thing to say, and with such anger, painting pictures of some pretty violent acts, that my brain never would think about. It took me a week to finally let everything he said to me, go.

One important thing to know, is that it's actually impossible n͟o͟t to judge, it's in our 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 to do so. What we c͟a͟n do however, is choose to be mindful of the judgemental thoughts that pop up in our heads, and 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘 to see them for what they really are. Which is just our minds doing their thing, so don't drive yourself crazy beacuse you can't control your thoughts..it's literally impossible, instead just acknowledge the thought and let it go.

I can spot a fake a mile away and I'm usually the one who causes people to gulp cos I'll say what I think while others are fluffing about with words. I don't have many friends these days cos they think I'm too brutally honest and fear what I'll say to them. I am such a strong empath that the police have admitted that I can read their minds. I thought of training to become clairvoyant as I knew something was going on in my head, but I found studying to be a Forex trader enough of a distraction that my broken empath faze has passed. I am now well enough again to want to use this rare ability now that I have understood my ability to be a dream walker.

We are all empathy seeking as it part of our balance in society. Many choose not to use it as they are seeking other attributes to fullfil in their realm. E G busy bees vs lazy lizards.

Prior to a week ago I thought that I was alone as an empath. I didn’t even have a name for it because I would avoid telling people about it “ dreams that manifest themselves as soon as I wake up, my senses telling me that something is or will be happening and it eventually happens, hearing people thoughts and finishing all their sentences etc. I’m from a family of empath, both parents and beyond and that is the only thing that help me maintain my sanity.

Been judging myself after what a few ppl said. I weigh everything and I need to let it go. Been working on it but it’s still in my mind.

Dialog. I keep seeing people just blurting out what the person should do rather than creating dialog. Great steps.
