When I read Rill's explanation, I thought that it basically says that all the damage returns to the original people who had the injuries, not just Rill. It makes more sense to me if everyone deals with the drawbacks rather than just one person

We've already seen Antimagic Cloaked Dimension Slash Chapter 272 Manga. I recommend the fan coloured version of the chapter, really proves the point in that.
And we've already seen asta use Death Thrust in Anime. Only, he did it whilst lacking any Antimagic. In his fight VS liebe.
Asta will no doubt use both these attacks with Demon Slasher.
We also already know that Demon Slashers, black slashes; go faster and are more concentrated Antimagic. As witnessed in chapter 271 in astas fight against nacht.
But yeah, the final stab attack asta did against Liebe, had the same attack sound; wind up and air after image.
Asta soon to be the single deadliest being in black clover, anti magic death thrust = die for good. No mana tricks will help you.

She did say the magic is a fusion of the magic of both Vanica and Acier so it is likely that do to the effects of her curses she was able to gain both their powers
Just some corrections. Vanica and Megicula had dozens of dead dark disciples underneath the ground. I would assume from experiments. Megicula said since she controls Acier and Vanica soul she can use there magic attributes and created the blood steel soldiers. Also Noelle says she LOVES Asta

i think in cases like this could be with characters not dying it usually has more to do with the publisher and outside situations more than the author's choice.
Actually in this CH it is already mentioned that megicula is having hold of alica silva's soul and is the reason why she is able to use steel magic NOW according to me there are three possible outcomes
1st-After megicula dies Alica's soul got to meet her daughter and goes to Afterlife
2nd-Alica's return to a body ( maybe a body made by rills painted body or a zombie body) and live with noelle (hence making her brother and sis (except nozel becoz he already have)) to accept her.
3rd-As magicula sill havent ressurected to human realm completely she goes back to underworld telling noelle that theres a chance to meet her mother after killing her hence, making noelle egar to meet her mom.
but outcome no.2 and 3 is impossible to me after seeing the way tabata write black clover.
2ND AND 3RD do make sense I mean o wont say they are impossible to happen just 1st one is having higher chance...

In the official release, it is revealed that Megicula holds Vanica and Acier Silva's souls and can imbue their powers! So I guess she possess 3 magical abilities at the moment and can even combine them.

Rill is basically using a secret rare spell card from Yu-Gi-Oh. Funny thing, Black Clover refereces all sorts of different anime/manga series' but nothing from Yu-Gi-Oh yet . . . . . that is until now with Rill's Twilight of Valhalla. It even looks like a spell card too!!
How the spell card would work:
On your main phase 2, u can play this card. If you play this card, you can activate it's effect on your opponents immediate main phase 2. After activation resolves, this card cannot be destroyed. All monsters on your side of the field gain 1000 atk and 1000 def for 5 turns. Monsters also cannot be destroyed no matter what. Damage calculation still proceeds, and this card is destroyed after your 5th main phase 2 after resolving.

So. Literally in both manga recently we were at a really low point. In mha’s case, class 1-A or more importantly ochacko came to save midoriya. In the black clover case, asta came to save noella’s squad, or more importantly noelle. The difference here is noelle in her moment thinking to herself admits she loves asta. We weren’t given that for ochako when she was practically in the same scenario. Shows how black clover is doing so much stuff right where mha could improve.
Finally the love confession of Noelle is cool!!
Fact is that Gaja didn't use ultimate magic on vanica, and you can see that in chapter 300, Gaja gave Vanica a shove with the runes before using the spell

And I can see that both Charlotte and Noelle confess towards yami and asta , and I hope that VENGEANCE survives ( a capitalized vengeance because he forgotten sadly😂) and so does yami. And asta might be able to push through devil union mode and might find something beyond that point because as you know what the black bulls are known for , Break your limits or surpass your limits.
