Megicula isn’t dead she was only defeated, if I’m not wrong I’m pretty sure Megicula was only 33% of her full power of Vanica didn’t die. I’m sure she will die when she is at 100% and defeated. Won’t happen now but it will happen eventually.
I’m assuming when she does come back she’ll only have 67% of her full power left which would still be a lot to handle.
Idk know if my logic for this is right or not, but shouldn’t that be more around 60 ish percent? There’s only 3 of the sacrifices and not 4 so i can’t make it as easy as 1 = 25%, and i’ve been miserably tanking my school life when it comes to math so i can’t be that sure with this so i’m just gonna make it as simple as 1 of the souls = 33% as it’s close enough. Megicula succesfully killed Acier and that allowed her to control Vanica’s eye and seemingly her movements a bit. Vaica never died and lost her soul but only got mortally wounded, yet that lead to Megicula being able to manifest loli form. So to my logic that would say that her manifestation stage doesn’t sit at 33% with 1 soul and then instantly jump to 66% by 2, but more like the more injured her victims are the higher her manifestation % goes, i could rationalize this as the more wounded they are the more their souls start to slip from their body. So because of this to my logic it should be more to 60% ish in manifestation as Vanica is mortally wounded but not dead yet, and Lolo seems to be in perfect condition.

@@unioneye1087 Yep, I think she is at 40-65% now. But, also, Charlotte is there to badly weaken her Magic and Rill is countering all Spells she cast. Megicula also does not have her grimoire yet, so she will be far stronger in Complete Form, because just like what Noelle said, a 1% of a Devil's Power is very huge

A very emotional chapter. While it doesn’t absolve Nozel’s prior treatment of Noelle (including turning a blind eye to Nebra’s or Solid’s treatment towards her), it does have us see him in a different light. Maybe after this, the Silva siblings will have a heart to heart conversation, and everyone will work to make amends for their past behaviors.
The only way nebra and solid can atone is death
Megicula is the Silva family’s nemesis,I think this is the best way to end there long battle,but then again curse magic is full of surprises,if megicula came back somehow it would be a major shock.
At that time, we might finally see the entire Silva Family, hopefully with their Father and alongside Lolopechka against her. Lolopechka with Offense Spells will be a huge help in this war, ngl, she is literally gonna fold even Mid Ranking Devils at ease.

@@SleazyT.on.SoundCloud Lolopechka cannot use any Offense Spells that's why Lolopechka cant access Saint Stage back then, but when Megicula implanted Curse Magic on her, she learned to use her Magic at Offense way, that even Noelle (Not Saint), Gadjah, Rill, and Lolopechka cant stop.
That was one broken spell
I think that it was the strongest water type spell in the entire series

And saint stage was specifically for devils I think so I don’t think it’s necessarily the strongest period black clover is all about match ups and Asta kinda the kaleidoscope element of the shit yami basically got a anti devil power with dark magic but saint stage is legit

The reason Nozel told Noelle she killed her mom is because that’s what the rest of the family thought remember , Nozel was the only one to know about Aciers curse , Solid and Nebra or their father weren’t at the battle when she got cursed and therefore no one could’ve known , so everyone assumed Noelle was the reason she died and that also tied into Nozel not wanting her to be on the battlefield . In short it would’ve been weird for him to tell her a different reason if everyone else assumed she was the reason acier died
Nah he couldn't tell her even if he wanted to because the curse would have been put on Noelle. Dorothy explains to Noelle in her dream world, Dorothy knew about the curse,but because she found out through her dream magic the curse had no effect on her. He purposely told Noelle all those nasty things to protect her, which sounds freaking weird, but he just didn't want her to follow in his and their mothers path of becoming a magic knight. Hoping she would hide herself from society.

Acier’s spirit appearing to Noelle as well as Nozel and hugging them was just so emotional to read. It looked so good and well done.

what i like about black clover is that it seems like every single character could be the protagonist of a different series. every prominent character has a fleshed out character arc and strong and loveable characterization and personality that I could see myself reading a whole manga about just them. yami, we don't even know that mucha bout his story but he could absolutely be some manga protagonist. noelle, finral, yuno, vanessa, William, julius, fuegoleon, nozelle. all very solid characters even if they're getting barely any screen time. its a character driven story that's done really well.
I just wish the same could have been said for its villains
@@rathinsinha5646 i think some of them rly did suffer, like the black trio or whatever kinda jut villains for the sake of it (may change) but fana, party could def be rly interesting characters. ofc no manga is perfect though so i think black clover sacrificing some villains for the sake of fleshing out so many other chars is still great

If anyone can confirm the death of Megicula it would be Liebe given he was able to tell the last time a devil died, more importantly, Noelle will get to meet her future demon brother in-law, that's what I want to see.
One cool, yet minor, detail that I loved this chapter was Nozel's cursemark reveal. That it was around his throat, tracking what he says, and that he's had to hide it all this time to avoid questions he couldn't answer.. Beautiful storytelling in that one frame

The greatest moment of the chapter was when nozel admitted he was wrong for what he did to Noelle and she comes in and lands the finishing blow he can't.
He was absolutely sure her whole life that she was weak and couldn't do anything on her own and was proven utterly wrong when she was the one who avenged their mother and he didn't have the power to do so. They needed to work together.

Noelle was fueling the blade with the spirit magic spark she originally was going to try and use when she had her water armor but Nozell gave her mercury armor so she can focus on concentrating the spirit energy in the blade: thats how I read it
Megicula said a few chapters ago that the gates of the underworld are insurance for her so she'll probably return through the gates
While Megicula has stated she wasn't fully manifested in the human world, I feel that the release of Aceir's soul is a good indicator that she may be down for good. Not to mention the destruction of her heart by Saint level magic is another good indicator.
It just occured to me that the reason that Nozel could hurt Megicula was because his magic was curse-touched like Vangeance and Charlotte. Mind blown.
Truth will be revealed if ever William and Yami survives, I am actually curious on what is William's Mother's relationship with Megicula and how their family was cursed. As well as for Charlotte's Family.

Only the 1/3 of Megicula manifested in the Real world so she is NOT dead. Without Acier's soul, Megicula has to wait for the gates to open. Since she broke her contract with Vanica by betraying her, she has no anchor in the Real world.

I'm still wondering how Dorothy knew those infos when only Nozel is the only person who witnessed that event when Megicula cursed Acier. I'm still skeptical about the death of Megicula cuz we all expect Gordon to be involved in the fight.
They talked in Dream world I think like Dorothy stopped Noelle talking about it until she bring her to dream world.

@@aruichika3434 they can talk it in her Glamour world as the world is separated from reality and she has full control. Dorothy explains and also knows it because she is close to Nozel. If you remembered, she said to noelle that "Nozel didn't tell you that part, did he? You can't speak aloud or you'll be curse" implying that she knows about it.
If she knew the dream world canceled out the curse, why didn't Nozel tell his family inside it?
I also don't really forgive nozels treating of Noelle or the rest of the families actions but atleast we have full context now. He regrets his actions and tabata didn't write this chapter as an excuse for him but just an explanation.
Noelle will definitely forgive him and they will grow closer now but I fully expect Noelle to still consider Asta and black bulls the place where she feels the most at home
Real question is, despite acknowledging that it wasn't their fight, why was he willing to overlook the other two siblings growing stronger and becoming magic knights(especially on his own squad)? Were they not considered family in his eyes? Why should he only look to protect Noelle?
@@betterlatethannever4529 well it's the opposite. He didn't trust noelles power the most so he neglected her the most(not realizing her power being hard to control was because it was so powerful)
He didn't think the other two were strong enough to defeat megicula but felt confident enough to put them in silver eagles.
That is one of the tragic points of the family. Regardless of his honest intentions he still looked down on Noelle specifically even under the guise of protecting her, which is something he aknowledged in the chapter too. And because of that he and the rest of the family essentially ruined the first 15 years of her life.
What if Acier’s essence gets absorbed by Noel since they have the same magic attribute and she gets another power up??? It sounds crazy but there’s gotta be a reason why Tabata drew out the fact that Aciers essence had been freed from Megicula. This would bring it to a whole new level and it would be very sentimental for Noel fans since she’ll be essentially fighting with her mom in some way

I'm glad for the greater understanding of Nozel's situation but I can't absolve him for blaming a baby for her mother's death. He didn't have to say anything about Megicula to say that it was no one's fault and leave it at that. There was no reason to bully Noelle her entire life. Noelle had no kind memories of her family. She only found kind memories of family in the Blacks Bulls.
I agree. The entire Silva Family was blinded and literally treated Noelle as a killer because of that, if only Nozel told at least Solid and Nebra even inside Dorothy's Glamour World, they would have treated Noelle better, Noelle would have gotten stronger earlier especially with the support of people who have the same Mana Amount than her.

You forgetting that Noelle
has unlocked Saint Mode which is Arcane stage.
It is not Arcane. It is another Stage which can only be obtained by Spirit Users who are Offense-Heavy Mages.
Saint Stage are only effective against Devils and does not bring any more relevance when fighting against a Human etc, unlike Arcane Mages whose Magic is literally hax.

I think that prediction is if only asta wasn't able to prove that his devil power is not the cause the destruction of the kingdom then he will be executed as scapegoat in short, it's all politics. That's the sole reason at first why they go to heart kingdom to ask about devils i think.

Have y’all wondered why Megicula is greatly affected by Acier and Nozel’s metallic magic? I strongly believe that Megicula’s character is based on Maleficent. Maleficent and Megicula both use curses to affect their enemies. Based on the current chapters, both of them also share the same weakness. They are both highly sensitive to metals. Acier greatly affected Megicula and Vanica during their fight that she forced Vanica to run away. Nozel also easily turned Megicula into shreds with his metallic mercury magic. In addition, Nozel and Acier’s magic are just considered irregular types of magic not arcane. In conclusion, Megicula is based on Maleficent.

I think magicula may still be around. After all she only manifested around 50% of herself. So there's still a chance she'll be around.
Also if she is indeed alive would be sad if Silva desides to tell the truth to noel about her families mistreatment of her, only to trigger the name curse.

i think megis death confirmation now depends on lolos curse... its the easiest way for the fans to know if megi is dead or not or it can be like lolo actually turned into a devil that her curse can't be reversed anymore.... simple way is if lolos curse starts to vanish its kinda sure megi died but u never know it can also be like she actually turned into devil that there is no coming back anymore
Megicula said the gate opening is a failsafe if her spell didnt work so she should be in the underworld still.
I think nozel in his own way was trying to keep noelle safe by calling her worthless and a failure sending her to the black bulls was his way of trying to keep her away from Megicula.
Kind of like from naruto itachi did what he did to save Sasuke and make him stronger.
I don't see Megicula coming back there's no reason for it as her whole thing was tied to lolopechka, noelle and nozel. So with Megicula dead nozel and noelle have justice for there mother and with asta there he could remove the devil form/curse so lolo is safe so there's no need for her to come back.
Vanica might but that's a whole different story.
