At 13 I discovered my Dad was a transvestite......I asked my Mum about it and she said, that was him and she asked him that she not be part of it. He was happy with that and they had a solid marriage for 40 years until his death. He was a perfect father to my siblings and I, and we never had any realisation in our lives of him being anything but the ideal Dad, and I never thought of him in any other way. To this day only my twin brother and I know about this, and our 2 younger brothers and sister have no idea about him which will always be kept from them. Why would I shatter their vision of their perfect father when that is what he was and his personal likes never had an impact on us.
