Even if you request a lawyer and any lawyer will tell you not to talk to police without one, you are not refusing to answer questions you just want a level playing field, it's not like there are no innocent people in prison. You also have a right to the presumption of innocence, law enforcement have no right to draw negative conclusions from your request for legal assistance, that they do is the very reason you should request a Lawyer.
Over 40% of people are actually in prison for crimes it did not commit and were wrongly incarcerated for crimes that they did comment not commit and some are still having to serve licences crimes that did not happen did not exist why are you when they're actually innocent people who did this very day on most of their lives fights trying to find a way of prove their innocence we wonder if there's any private who can help innocent people after release from prison to investigate cases for people who still serve licence. Yea, I was always told don't say anything to the cops especially if your innocent, they are overly suspicious of everyone, & that's their job, I get that...but they will often twist your words in their eagerness to solve a crime asap...Also sometimes when your nervous or upset your brain doesn't work right & later ya might remember it better when you calm down, but now they will say, so and so keeps changing their story which makes you look more guilty in their eyes as they don't take in the emotional distress factor...The best liars can pass a lie detector test with flying colors, so to me, those are a joke, if you put me on one I'd probably fail it just for the mere fact that the whole process would make me uncomfortable.

So true. Plus grief will set in at any time so why wait till then. Plus she would want to do everything by the book. No its not always a sign of guilt at all. I can imagine some murderers waiting longer because they don't want to raise suspicion.
I agree. Although in these cases of murders they always tend to do that. My spouse makes way more money than I do and if he were to die I wouldn't have enough money to pay for the funeral or my mortgage so of course I'd be calling the insurance. In my job I'm very task-focused and I tend to compartmentalize things because of the difficult nature of my work so if this would happen another reason I would call is because I would be compartmentalizing the tasks that had to be done in order to be able to deal with the grief
And this is why you get out of dodge - with copies of the intelligence with your kids then notify the people that need to know. Don't threaten people. Don't let them know your moves.
Hi, I do understand. What you are saying. I do not mean any disrespect, I do know how hard it can be and is. Things may have been a little easier on me in Australia. I just know I would have been on one of these posters if I didn't keep it together, make arrangements and get away. Things are still tough for me 30 yrs later. But my kids are alive and so am I. Is it like a medical secretary because I know here in Canada if you work for a surgeons office they pay a lot more. If you're in an abusive relationship please gather your things and leave go to a women's shelter transition house whatever they're called in your country and get away and hide. I ran from abusive relationship with my children or not I was very young and being poor was still better than being in a potentially fatal situation.
