Finally! An amazing review video that people actually need to see! Thank you guys! You answered all the questions I had about it, and gave me the links to buy it, and the blades. Thank u so much. I love how you showed the thickness of the slices.
Much appreciated Captain Spaulding...honesty is best and we wouldn't of posted this video if we didn't believe in it. Thank you so much
If I lived with this woman I would put myself there this machine.
Always great to see a new video from you. We'd never seen this product before and we really appreciate all of your information. This demo and review is so fun to watch. Great job as always!
I really appreciate that, thank you!
I actually bought this the other day for Cutting Chicken for Chicken Jerky for my dogs. I bought the tenderizer version and bought the jerky slicer blades separate. I got all excited to try it so I tenderized a piece of chicken worked great. Then I opened up the Slicer Blades. It started a nightmare at first. I put my first piece of chicken in and it would go down the chute and got stuck. so I opened it up and thought the gears were slipping so I tightened the allen head screw and put it all together. It helped a little. Now when I put it in it took the chicken half way down then just stopped. So I took it all apart again cleaned out the machine and tried again but this time I got a block of wood to help push it through the rough spot. Nope didn't work. So I was looking at it and thought maybe remove the combs would work? It did but the chicken wrapped itself around the blades and it was a mess and it didn't actually slice it it mushed it everywhere on the inside of the machine. Never use this machine with those combs. So this next time I tried putting 2 butter knives under the flaps of the combs raising them up a !/4 to a !/2 inch. Then Boom it worked beautiful. The perfect uniformed slices and fast. I sliced up the rest of my chicken (4 breast pieces) in under a minute . Amazing.
Thank you for making this video making me purchase this machine It really is a game changer in my dehydrating and cooking needs.
Just got mine today!!! Mine isn't marked RComb/LComb...neither are the combs!!! I watched your video and finally got them to slide all the way down!! THANKS!! Can't wait to use it!!!!
Great review and demo. That thing is really nice and works FAST. Thanks for sharing! 💓
It sure does, thank you my dear for watchin :)
Ooooooooh Booger, I've had mine for 15 years now and I still LOVE it!!! So simple for sure. It cuts every slice the same thickness so everything dehydrates evenly. The wife got me the LEM jerky slicer and dehydrator at Cabelas, but I don't have the cubing blades, I bet those are a NICE addition. LOL 😃
Actually just last night I had venison cubed steak. LOL!! Awesome video! I bet the jerky was GREAT!!! Take care, Jay.
Thank you Jay!! I tell ya this thing is every hunter's dream with fresh venison and such. I absolutely love it and cannot wait to use it with other meats, really a fabulous investment . I appreciate the love mon ami
@@Booger500us you're welcome mon amie.
That meat cutter works nicely! You put Tom to work on this video! I like Toms idea turning that last piece sideways. Thanks Jaxx!
Heck yeah Papa, there is a price to being the taste tester around here lol. Glad Jaxx pointed me to something like this cause it's awesome! thanks Papa!
Awesome slicer. I don't remember if you saw my jerky video but I always slice by hand. This slicer I will look into for sure. Tell Tommy that with the meat cut with the grain you pull it from the edge like string cheese to eat it 😁
Mike I think I did see it and I remember cause I always sliced it by hand..and the meat had to be half way frozen for me to slice it good..man oh man you really do need this thing Mike..tellin ya..game changer. I will relay msg to Tom . Thanks bud!
Got one just like it. I use the cubber and love that. Will have to try the jerky cutter. Sure better than cutting by hand.
Thank you so much, man I wish I found this thing long time ago lol. It's awesome!
That is unbelievable! Ive never made jerky...this would make it so much easier. Thanks
Thank you Victoria and yessssss much easier! every piece is cut the same size and makes for some beautiful jerky ma belle
looks easy to operate good video
just wondering if you've used this for dicing by running the meat through again the other way ?
Thank you Juan and nope haven't done yet but I'm sure it would be great to do like a beef stew type of thing or Shish kebab
I would love this just for slicing my meats. This is a must have and going to show it to my stepdad
Oh yeah Cricket and make some good stir fry dishes and sammiches and and and skewers, subs...lordy. Jerky is just one thing to use that blade for. Thank you so much ma belle
That's super awesome! I could see that used in lots of ways!
I know right Mum? this thing is pretty dang sweet!
My gadget radar went off😂Love this!! You can make steak fingers/fries in no time at all. Thanks for sharing😃
Yesssss girl!!! you know Loyd would love this for venison jerky ..I can't even tell ya how much of a game changer this thing is for me...I have sent 2 boxes of jerky to Sam already and neighbors..I'm having way too much fun. Gonna do some chicken in there next. This be one gadget I know you will love and use chickiepoo!
Thank you for this video! This is awesome! Do you think it can be used to cut boneless chicken breast strips?
100% !!!! I am going to do marinaded chicken skewers or something soon with this..cannot wait
Air Fryer Recipes with Booger500us That’s awesome! Please share a video of the chicken slicing. Really really appreciate your reviews! Thank you 🙏
so this thing just slices into strips. will it tenderize or combine pieces of meat? Not just slice. Looks great for jerky but that's not what a meat tenderizer does. It pokes small slices into the meat on both sides to the point where you can even stick a few small pieces together to make something like a minute steak. Can this thing do that or is it just a strip slicer meant for jerky or whatever you want to slice your meat like that for? Looks like it does a great job for jerky.
Great video. I bought mine from Cabela’s after watching Jaxx Drinkwater with South bayou jerky company. Mine is just a slicer- like that tenderizer attachment.
Thanks Louis...we went looking for that one Jaxx showed and no bueno...we talked to every manager in every dang sporting good store and they all said it was not being restocked for some reason..I needed one so bad so we looked into this one and it's nice that it comes with the tenderizer blades to begin with, can't wait to try it out.
Booger, people call me a jerk for the way I slice food. So, I suppose I'm a jerky slicer too. But this gadget is awesome! Once you set it up, it made quick work out of that huge piece of meat. You're gonna have years of fun with this jerky slicer! Good show my friend! We love you and Tom!
Thank you Juanelo and your cutting skills are just fine! I can't tell you how many times I was hurting slicing partly frozen meat for jerky over the years...I can't even tell ya! I hate it but loved it but this thing right here makes my life easier. I have made 2 batches already and sent to the kids to California and they want more...imagine that lol. Thanks my sweet Friend!
Hi Boog & Tom!!! That machine cut the roast really fast and good. Alot better than doing it by hand. I really like jerky . Nice video. A fan&friend. DiDi
Thank you so much Didi..this is what I have needed for a long time..no more slicing it by hand
Cool machine, makes jerky making more better!
uh huh..work smarter not harder machine lemme tell ya
That gadget is awesome guys!! Great jerky and......... stir fry slicer...hint hint!!! Stay cool over there!!
Now yer talkin! thanks Rob :)
Awesome review and demo. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Brenda :)
Could you do a video of running it thru in strips and then running the strips thru? So it's like a small dice
This is great- can you share the link to your dehydrator please- can you do a video on making jerky.
Thank you Lorrie and I will do a quick video when I put this meat in the dehydrator . What I have is not cheap but it's worth it:
amzn.to/2F49llA
thank you so much for this video. i have a big wagyu eye of round in the freezer just waiting to be maid into jerky
Oh man Joe, I'm glad you saw this one..My jerky making life has just become easier for me..slicing it by hand was for the birds! Thanks Joe :)
The video is 3 years old but I like the slicer. The problem is the price. I make only one or two batches a year so the $135.00 price is a bit prohibitive. For tenderizing, I have a nice mallet.
it works so smooth, nice :)
Thank you so much for the review. I have been wanting to get a quality cuber and wanted to see how good it worked before ordering. I'm going to get the jerky slicers as well. Thanks! Subscribed
Thank you so much! We have used it several times since doing this video, it's still sharp as ever..no regrets here!
OMG . . . Sure you just had to show me a kitchen gadget such as that!!!!!!!! We are a big beef jerky houehold here XOXO Luvs ya darling!!!!!
hehehe this is a must have babe..I mean it! best thing for jerky. Love ya!
Ms Booger, it’s nice to see Tom actually doing some work other than coming in only for the taste test ? You might be getting that man trained ! I like that gadget ! Is this in your amazon store ? Great job kids ! cheers!
hehe Kent, yeah it's about time he works for his food dangit lol. Ya know I don't have an amazon store per say but you can use my 'link' to it which is up in the descrip. Every coin I make in that thing goes to the grandbaby, we call it Saskia money around here lol . Thanks bud, really appreciate it :)
i bought the motor also and am glad i did so i have both hands free
oH mY gOSH! THAT CAN BE USED FOR STIR FRY OR FAITAS. Tom has a new toy.
oh yeahhhhhhhhhh and skewers and and and all kinds of thangs Bruce! Tom's father's day present it was :)
why didn't you tenderize the meat first then cut the strips...but ty for the awesome video, I use nesco brand seasonings have you ever checked'em out
Well I suppose you could do that too..do you?
@@Booger500us did u get the tenderizer and jerky blade all together with the unit for 80 bucks??
Nope the Jerky blade was sold separately Bob..the Slicer unit comes with the tenderizer
Guys best way to learn is to make your own flavours just making my second batch the 1st lot went within 3 days of making it because its was yummy.
Keep your hands & fingers out of line of fire.
Booger and Tom. While I won't be making jerky any time soon, I do love gadgets and that is absolutely a winner. it was great fun just to see it work. Since you can now mass produce jerky, rather than make my own, I'll wait and order the new "Booger Jerky" brand on line.
hehe oh man Terry..won't be selling it just mostly making it for the kids. Turned out beautiful ..it's really nice that it cuts all the pieces the same size so the cook time is correct on all pieces..it came out beautiful . Thanks Terry!
Very NICE!!!!
Lovin this thing..thanks Doug
Thanks for the video!
Thank you.
So cool. I don't think I've ever eaten beef jerky......believe it or not
What??? oh man Valerie...bucket list...it's wonderful..great carb free snack lol
what did you use to cut the roast in to '' steaks''?
Kuma Knife...my most favorite Knife of all:
amzn.to/2PFd5OW
Hi Booger, great review that's a awesome meat tenderizer Tom did a great job.
Thanks Rick yeah I was too chicken to use it lol
Thanks Booger! Now my wife is going to kill me for buying another gadget!
Nahhhh...Father's day present :)
Oh how I love Jerkey... That is one hell of a slicing machine Booger... Definitely looking into it, thank you👍👍. Tchin Tchin 🍺🍺
For years I sliced it by hand..I looked into the meat slicers for just jerky purposes and so glad I didn't get one cause this thing rocks Luis. Thanks bud. Tchin Tchin to you!
Awesome tool now i'm gonna need your jerky recipe LOL
hehe Kevin I make my own recipe but this time I tried that boxed stuff and it's pretty dang good actually. But yeah I got a jerky recipe that even made it on CNN news hahaha..oldie but a goodie :

What’s the best method for cleaning?
Right after I'm done using it I have a sink filled with hot soapy water ready to soak this baby in there. Then I use these little brushes to clean in between the blades:
amzn.to/2XK7dYJ
Booger does it only do jerky style?
hmmm...that blade does strips like that for jerky..or skewers which i'm gonna do next time..that blade it comes with is a tenderizer blade . That jerky blade one we used is not only for jerky ..just cuts things the same size which makes jerky making great since you have to dehydrate it all at once..every piece is going to be cooked/dried evenly
Can't you just turn the base around so the handle is facing you?
Could this be used to make salmon jerky?
hmmm..I've never made salmon jerky so I couldn't tell ya..but boy did you peak my interest!!
Is it possible to cut it thiner or it could only be cut one size of thickness?
One size only Moishe...it's about 1/4 of an inch
@@Booger500us isn't it too big for jerkys?
And dose the the tenderizer blade work to cut meat for jerky
@@moishekraus8996 no it's perfect for jerky. Not sure how the tenderizer blade works yet haven't had a chance to try it out
@@Booger500us ok tnx alot i ordered the jerky blade
Tnx
You guys know if you put the meat in the other way to cut cubes it works?
Oh i'm sure it does Reynalds. Would be good for Shish kebab or spiedies for sure!
Does it come with the C-Clamps?
Yes it does :) and yes it was an L3 shirt
Thanks for sharing BLESSINGS Do you have a video for Q steak
That is a nice unit.
It's a must have if you love making your own jerky. Thanks mon ami
How can we make abut wide slice
Love you and Tom videos. You two are so great together! Great looking piece of meat...wow; delicious. You two are a serious pair of sales people, food people, fun people! Oh heck yeah, whatever~ I'm In! "Right cone, Left Cone....unless you shove your whole left hand in here" Oh No! Be careful Tom! "I want it chewy, but I don't want to chew on boot leather" ! Rock on brother Tom! You know jerky!
hehehe..I friggin love it...John you make my day
excellent, thanks
Thank you!
I will haev to figure out how to get one of these :) Thanks Guys!
Oh man Lasse..you of all people would so enjoy this thing!!!!! let me know if you need me to send one to you some how I can do that
Is that an L3 t-Shirt??
yes and yes lol
That same cuber is now 140 on the river
Be good for stir fry too
You betcha!
I guess it bugs me that you can't cut really wide strips of jerky with it. I want my jerky to be uniformly thick of course but not uniformly wide. this is artisan stuff here, I don't want it looking completely commercial.
Hi, what part of beef do you use?
That works be good for pepper steak
Absolutely !
why didn't he wash his hands before he handled the meat?
Good demonstration of the cutter. Wife seems annoyed with you however and it took away from the experience.. Maybe she can either do the videos without you or just be quite would be best.. IMO
WOW... IM SORRY FOR YOU TOM.....
You could us that to slice your stir fry meat with.
Absolutely! and chicken skewers..that's next on my to-do
wow that's too easy. Fried strip steak sandwiches with big mator slices.
uh huh!
You need a microphone. Can't hear you.
KETO Jerky? Fat is good 'unless' not grass fed, not organic and not loved like Dr. Temple Grandin would. Yes, then trim the grain/corn fat from the poor thing. Love me some happy quality fat
You call that cube ?! 😂😂😂
