Finally! An amazing review video that people actually need to see! Thank you guys! You answered all the questions I had about it, and gave me the links to buy it, and the blades. Thank u so much. I love how you showed the thickness of the slices.

I actually bought this the other day for Cutting Chicken for Chicken Jerky for my dogs. I bought the tenderizer version and bought the jerky slicer blades separate. I got all excited to try it so I tenderized a piece of chicken worked great. Then I opened up the Slicer Blades. It started a nightmare at first. I put my first piece of chicken in and it would go down the chute and got stuck. so I opened it up and thought the gears were slipping so I tightened the allen head screw and put it all together. It helped a little. Now when I put it in it took the chicken half way down then just stopped. So I took it all apart again cleaned out the machine and tried again but this time I got a block of wood to help push it through the rough spot. Nope didn't work. So I was looking at it and thought maybe remove the combs would work? It did but the chicken wrapped itself around the blades and it was a mess and it didn't actually slice it it mushed it everywhere on the inside of the machine. Never use this machine with those combs. So this next time I tried putting 2 butter knives under the flaps of the combs raising them up a !/4 to a !/2 inch. Then Boom it worked beautiful. The perfect uniformed slices and fast. I sliced up the rest of my chicken (4 breast pieces) in under a minute . Amazing.
Thank you for making this video making me purchase this machine It really is a game changer in my dehydrating and cooking needs.

Ooooooooh Booger, I've had mine for 15 years now and I still LOVE it!!! So simple for sure. It cuts every slice the same thickness so everything dehydrates evenly. The wife got me the LEM jerky slicer and dehydrator at Cabelas, but I don't have the cubing blades, I bet those are a NICE addition. LOL 😃
Actually just last night I had venison cubed steak. LOL!! Awesome video! I bet the jerky was GREAT!!! Take care, Jay.

so this thing just slices into strips. will it tenderize or combine pieces of meat? Not just slice. Looks great for jerky but that's not what a meat tenderizer does. It pokes small slices into the meat on both sides to the point where you can even stick a few small pieces together to make something like a minute steak. Can this thing do that or is it just a strip slicer meant for jerky or whatever you want to slice your meat like that for? Looks like it does a great job for jerky.
