It is not fun to clean! That’s why we try to only use it once per year, maybe twice. It’s best to run 2-3 deer through it at a time so you only have to clean it once.
You are correct, there is no blade adjustments. As for cutting too deep, it may look that way for jerky strips, but when they come off of the dehydrator the final product is perfect. Same for the cube steak blades, no adjustments but they cut the cube steaks perfect. Makes me was to cube an entire deer every time I use it! Thanks for stopping by the channel & leaving a comment!
I have one for my LEM grinder. My only complaint is, the overall size of steak it will accept is limited by a narrow throat. This one looks wider. My question is, will this slicer work on a LEM grinder?
Tell me more about the cuber. I thought id like to get this for making Venison fried steaks. How else do you use the cuber to make venison steak? If I need to kill another deer a year just for cube steak.....LOL>...by all means tell me more about the cooking and prep for that. Season is coming soon!!
If you cook it right, you might find yourself wanting 2 deer for the cuber! Country fried steak is a favorite way to eat it. You also can’t go wrong with a crockpot recipe.
Awesome video was looking all over the internet to see if these blades were interchangeable. You gain a subscriber
Thanks Joe for following along with us!
