I grew up being taught about antiques and how things age. You can tell that's a fake merely by looking at how bright the etching is and how there's no variance in the patina.
I wonder what would happen if: Customer: I have an authentic [insert very valuable object] Rick: knows a lot about it and *buys it* Customer: The item is fake Rick: Are you serious? Customer: Yes! In your face!
