For those cup style hinges, I find it a lot easier to install the hinge in the cabinet first. That way you can push the hinge into the cup and that holds it in place while you put in the screws.

I just found your channel as we are remodeling our log home. I just love all of the small projects, as it reminds me of the old Weekend Warrior Projects show on HGTV. I'm in a apartment but really going to use the towel bar idea in my tiny 😢 closeted small laundry space, already using amazing baskets , but "Art" and artificial plant is now a must add on to my plan. 😂 Love your style, the living room was first show I watched, subscription was a must too❤.
