Yeah in that shot, her toes are off the edge of the building. I’m assuming the side shot showing her walk up to the edge is a set and the shot where’s she’s actually on the edge of the building is the shot of her feet where you can see traffic going by,
@@TheIndependentLens Apparently what is Hilarious is that when this Movie was first being Screen tested that William Friedkin The Director of The Exorcist 1973 He and some Executive Producers of Exorcist II The Heretic had gotten out of Their Lemo's so The Drivers could go get Drive through Food for Everyone to Eat but as soon as They went inside some of The Audience Members in about 10 or 12 Mintues into The Movie stood up and said. The People Who made this Piece of SHIT are in this Room and started chasing William Freidkin and The Executive Producers out on The Street and Their Lemo's had returned yet They were stuck there oh and apparently some of The Audience actually threw Their Food and Drinks at The Movie Screen. Well at least that is William Friedkin claims in 2013 when He went to The Chicago Critics Review

A key scene of a sleepwalking Regan about to wander off a rooftop was filmed in New York atop 666 Fifth Avenue (where Warner Bros. offices were then located). With no stunt person and no special effects, the shot showed Linda Blair's feet on the edge of the building with Fifth Avenue down below.
