Ive just done this..dont be fooled by how easy the port is to get off in the vid .theres glue under the port and also the port is soldered underneath..its a pain in the ass to get off. I had the hot air on it for ages and it wasnt moving .I ended up having to heat the port from above and gently prize it off at the back using the two little metal lugs for leverage and crack the glue joint and only then did it begin to move ..keep the heat on the hdmi pins from above while prying the port off to keep the solder there melted so when the port comes pff you dont pull the traces off the board . Also after you get the port off, the solder is very difficult to remove from the 4 holes that hold the port on. You have to use good wick and plenty of flux and hot air at the same time as wicking /using a solder sucker to clear the holes out. It took me longer to get the port off and clear the holes out properly than it did to take the console to bits and put it back together. All worked perfect after but I wont be doing another one anytime soon 😂
