I've done these, however with more detail. I love the no fuss get r done experience here. Yet, I have a feeling not all the t's are crossed or the i's dotted. I'm thinking some detailed instruction manual might be a good idea to read at least once. Is she using a wood blade and cutting backwards? Drill may require some torque adjustment as not to flatten rubber washers? She probably has touch. I guarantee you 95% of men in western countries could -- not do this so effortlessly. And my guess is she is not getting paid for perfect installation. I would never get as many of these installed in one day than she will. Women rock! Thanks for the video.
