Yeah, this was our 1st, speeding up and cutting out loads of grinding etc is better for most watching I think. Cheer's for watching all feedback welcome.
really enjoyed that been watching the story’s for a couple of years now who makes that beast of a centre punch you used at 25 mins Keep theses coming pal👍
Fair play you and the laddo working hard and fast there to complete that in a day ready for the morning. Good call giving up on the centre pin had to be done. Some times a job gets worse before it gets better. My family ran lorries for forty years things go pear shaped on a regular basis always the same when your under the gun that's where you experience counts. Well done love you vids your welding and fab work is up there with the best I have seen❤😁
@@welderfabber l am 57 and wrestling with 20ton buckets, shredding screens and other iron work. Cannot see the or me sat behind a desk writing a report or stacking shelves young man in a shop. 😂😂😂
I wouldn't set a time limit on the video's Baz because obviously some jobs are longer than others and some jobs have alot of intricate work n welding . How long will the new plate last that you fit the cutting edge to ?? I guess it depends on how heavy the work is, but i thought you said a hardox peace of steel would have been better, so just wondering how this new plate will last ??.
Can I ask. Is there a particular reason you don’t use a plasma cutter for the track rig? Maybe it’s different where I am. But oxy / acetylene is expensive. And air is free. (Lol). So I always find it much cheaper to use the plasma cutter rather then a torch.
Must be so frustrating literally an hour tops to change instead got to spend hours cutting grinding and welding and a lot of money madness if I was the boss I’d be out there every morning checking them the money over a year of you got a lot of machines must be massive
Welder Faber amazing work ! Really interesting to watch cant wait to see more videos.. thank you for sharing.
New episode coming soon as I can get day in the workshop, thanks for watching .
on holiday in tunisia and when the kids are having a nap im catching up on your old videos 👌👌
The longer vids are solid. There's entertainment and education in showing how it's done. Keep it up and thanks

Edge gets turned around every 9 months but all depends on lots of things ground/operator/time used
Quality video
