Let's wait Hybrid Tech Engines. Brazil already have Car Engines run on 50% mix Ethanol. Actually Government can mix up to Bazil standards and can fix Petrol & Diesel rates at moderate levels between ₹50-₹60. This will control Foreign exchange expenditure, Agriculture sector benefits and Environment also be improves. Not only EV, HYDROGEN is another Beautiful Fuel Option going to reduce EV Pollution and if Govt truly committed, we may able to export Hydrogen at Commercial basis to World.
Hydrogen fuel cell is a good option but impractical due to cost and complexity in constructing cell and rare materials used in it along with storage of hydrogen as fuel. Once they develop a cheaper cost effective alternative to that cell, then it will be end of oil. Also profitable oil reserves will exhaust by 2030-40 after which extracting oil from other reserves won't be that much profitable, so oil importing countries will again be forced to find some alternative to oil. Battery powered electric cars are impractical and not at all replacement of Oil powered vehicles, so petrol cars are here to stay for 3 to 4 decades unless there is a major breakthrough.

So no worry at least for the current generation. Right now I am worried about selling my 1 year old BS6 Diesel Titanium Freestyle in another 1 year
Sir you have been missing out the biggest point here is the trade deficit that India has currently and crude oil makes the most of the trade deficit. Even if govt. wont make any revenue from the oil then also our drivese portfolio of agriculture, IT and other goods will be enough to run the country but middle east countires will suffer very badly.
Middle East countries shifting on EVs Faster than us.....more sunlight fall's on desert which they are converting into electricity and planning to export electricity as oil ..... American company in oman are building large container ship's which export s electric power...... Thank God we have desert in rajasthan which we can use to produce more electric power and export to other states
India is actually a met exporter of oil, because of our refineries. Yes we buy crude oil, but we sell the refined one ro other countries. So I don't think trade deficit is a problem
Why you need to buy new battery?? It's not necessary that the battery will stop working after warranty ends 😂 I know EVs are expensive but u're not only saving in fuel but also maintenance as there are no running engine parts.
Rahul thakur 1-Your car will run 1,60,000 km surely bcoz battery has 1000 to 1500 no of charge/discharge cycle 2- for example if your car can run 160 km on full charge then it will run total 1,60,000 {160kmx1000 cycles} so try to get a higher range vehicle so that your car can run more than 3,00,000km 3- dont worry about warranty specially of electric vehicle comes from reputated brand coz they will use A grade cell which will have 1500-2000 charge cycles depending upon which charging method was used (fast charge will decrease the cycle of battery) 4-after 7 years you will have to pay only 1/3rd of current battery price that too if battery died totally..In future you may find totally different kind of battery technology
Very well explained Sir, hats off to you. I follow almost all your videos since last 3 months. I request it`s high time to give clarity on future of petrol and diesel prices, will this gap of almost 7 ruppes/lit will be wider like before or remain similar
They are not announcing anything like that brother. Some companies like Cadillac and a few others have said so. Majority of car makers are speculating about 50% of their sales to become EVs by 2035-2040. And, that's just speculation. In the early 2000s, experts were speculating that flying cars would become common by 2020s. We ended up in Corona.
Indian still has 65% population resides in rural and urban-rural areas. Wherein, we can not completely shift onto Electric vehicles coz we still do not have continuous electricity in rural areas.
If all EV are EVs or numbers of EVs vehicle increase then availability supply of Electricity to be increase which would be major challenge for Govt . The pollution would be shifted from Big city to place where Electricity production exists and price of electricity also increase . As on date we see the scarcity if electricity how Govt produce Electricity is the real issue.
But govt is also trying hard to reduce its dependency and trade deficit because of oil imports. Although they are taxing it but does not mean it doesn't hurt our economy. So moving away from oil is advantage to goverment, they will tax power or other substitute that evolves.
Acha h EV vehicles se pollution Kam hotanh lekin ..... Sirf 80K electric scooter mein 3 saal ke baad naya battery 20-25K karch karke Lena padega aur service cost alag. Socho 15lakh ki EV car mein kitna karch karna padega naya battery lene keliye. What he said was perfectly said. Government is giving offers on EV vehicles because to promote the green revolution thing. But in future when EV sales go up then like he said everything goes up Registration fee, road tax, GST etc...

Total stock=20 lakh million barrels and daily consumption= 12 million barrels, so 20,00000/12=166666.6 days will required to consume that stock which is 166666/365 days = 456 years and not 50 to 60 years Sir,correct me if i am wrong.
Without crude oil how will any country run?
Import Export bhi EV se hoga?
Middle East countries shifting on EVs Faster than us.....more sunlight fall's on desert which they are converting into electricity and planning to export electricity as oil ..... American company in oman are building large container ship's which export s electric power......
Thank God we have desert in rajasthan which we can use to produce more electric power and export to other states
India is actually a met exporter of oil, because of our refineries. Yes we buy crude oil, but we sell the refined one ro other countries.
So I don't think trade deficit is a problem
@@shafid2467 large container ship exporting electric power !! matlab kuch bhi? electricity sabji hai kya jo boriya main laadke export karogey?
Excellent Video, much needed - thank you so much !
Given Indias Govt Environment Record of 180/180 there's No Way we are serious about Environment.
im 20 now..i wish petrol and diesel vehicles keep running untill die....and ik it will happen for sure 💯
All true.
After Ev battery warranty ends. We have to pay again 7 lacs for new Lithium Ion battery.
But you also gonna save money and it would be eco-friendly
Why you need to buy new battery?? It's not necessary that the battery will stop working after warranty ends 😂 I know EVs are expensive but u're not only saving in fuel but also maintenance as there are no running engine parts.
Rahul thakur 1-Your car will run 1,60,000 km surely bcoz battery has 1000 to 1500 no of charge/discharge cycle
2- for example if your car can run 160 km on full charge then it will run total 1,60,000 {160kmx1000 cycles} so try to get a higher range vehicle so that your car can run more than 3,00,000km
3- dont worry about warranty specially of electric vehicle comes from reputated brand coz they will use A grade cell which will have 1500-2000 charge cycles depending upon which charging method was used (fast charge will decrease the cycle of battery)
4-after 7 years you will have to pay only 1/3rd of current battery price that too if battery died totally..In future you may find totally different kind of battery technology
I think they will significantly reduce in 2030. It will be around 1.5 lakhs according to Goldmansachs for 30 to 40kwh
I love diesel 😍cars..
Very well explained Sir, hats off to you. I follow almost all your videos since last 3 months. I request it`s high time to give clarity on future of petrol and diesel prices, will this gap of almost 7 ruppes/lit will be wider like before or remain similar
U clear my confusion thanks buddy
you have good logic in the video. Thanks
The one who knows that it's not a car they are emotion will know the value of it
Good informative vdo.
why every company is announcing to become fully electric by 2030?
Are they not calculating these things
20 lakh million total reserve if we use 12 million per day. Then is should last for 450 years i think.
worth watching video
Nicely explained 👌
Absolutely correct sir
Electricity ke price bhi badhenge agar EV in demand ho jayegi
