Min 17:30 Gahiji’s story is one of the best monologues ever written in a show, and it had to come from one of the best Daredevil characters like Father Lantom. I absolutely enjoy all these scenes S1 has, riveting and thoughtful dialogues, complex stages and meaningful and dreadful acting, all the ‘I don’t know if I have to kill Fisk’ arc is delightful to see, after all, Daredevil is all about Catholicism and moral codes, and empathy, he’s so human as you and I.
That was such a great conversation but now I really want to us to get not just S4 but S5 with Bullseye! This version of Bullseye was just brilliant and deserves a full come back. #SaveDaredevil
It’s so cool that Erik made his own version of Steven’s scene where Fisk killed the Russian with the car door. Both are fucking awesome scenes and I love how brutal they are. There’s nothing more terrifying than an angry Wilson Fisk.
These 2 are just honest-to-God geniuses. What they established and accomplished within their own respective seasons is downright amazing. This masterpiece of a show simply owns it in everything (casting, writing, directing, visuals, etc), the higher ups would be moronic if they didn't bring this show back! #SAVEDAREDEVIL
Erik did such an amazing job with season 3 and Bullseye in particular. Dex is terrifying and psychotic and his backstory was so cool and unique. I love his obsession with Julie and how Fisk uses it to control him. The fights were just incredible and I absolutely love how creative and brutal all of Bullseye’s kills were. Wilson Bethel was perfect casting too. Man, what a perfect show! #SaveDaredevil

Daredevil season 1 derserves it's just desserts and reaped the benefits of its glorious season 1. It truly was an amazing season of television and heightened the quality levels of what you can do with superhero storytelling, to a whole new level. Daredevil season 3, on the other hand, deserves much better. In retrospect, it is just as good as season 1, maybe even better, and because of politics from behind the scenes with the cancelation of the Netflix shows and troll fandom, it's ratings were exponentially affected and thus it was almost destined to be thrown to the wolves. In hindsight, to me at least, Daredevil seasons 1 and 3 are up there as one of the best individual seasons of a superhero show ever and this masterpiece of a tv program is probably up there with Batman: the animated series as the best of all time.
Thank you for such an interesting video. It was priceless to hear how these two remarkable men get their ideas from and work over them to create such an amazing result. I've just watched Daredevil and I fell in love with the story, the characters, the atmosphere - it is a masterpiece, no doubt!
Those guys are so cool, they really play off each other well. The vision they brought for Daredevil was amazing, it’s a shame Netflix got cold feet and canceled, just when the show got even bigger and better. Season 4 was such a missed opportunity, I think a 5 season arc would’ve been perfect, especially with Olsen in charge. I’m glad Marvel is still keeping Charlie Cox around for that role, but if we’re all being honest, these guys were the only ones who could really keep a compelling story going forward. I really hope Disney doesn’t water the character down, but we’ll see what happens, Cox deserves a comeback either way. Dex was brilliantly established as Bullseye, and would’ve been a great final season villain along with Fisk, and Gladiator. Bringing in Typhoid Mary, and Owlsley’s son would’ve been such an interesting direction, too bad we’ll never know what could’ve been:/ I’m still really happy with what we got, 3 perfect seasons, on par with the dark knight trilogy, and a happy ending that Matt Murdock deserved:)

i wish theyd put bullseye in the black vigilante suit w a bullseye on his head. and i wish they gave dd the classic red outfit. that said, daredevil was easily the best thing in the mcu by far.

I really hope Feige brings the Daredevil and Punisher cast back in short season like they did Sherlock. There’s still so much story left to tell.
