I love how even while watching this at a decent resolution I STILL only just get time to flinch when I see a low hanging branch. When you're flying via the grainy static strewn FPV feed you must get a lot of moments where you suddenly drop out of the air and think "What the hell did I just hit?!?!?". LOL !
I'm gonna guess that the gopro met it's end when you smashed full speed into the rusty monkey bars on the playground? One of the most epic crashes I've seen so far!
With me having essentially only farmland and forest to fly in, that sound of drone smashing into metal poles sounds horrifying. Glad I don't have to hear that from my own quad
Great video, I really relate to getting the moss stuck in the props, that's the worst. Suggestion is putting a small text box with the pilots name or pseudonym in one of the 4 corners. Happy Flying!
MattHeaven no prop sponsor unfortunately. This was all back in the day before PC props also. Back when you only had glass fiber props and they would break if you looked at them wrong. I would go through 10 to 20 packs a weekend.
XTK FPV I’ve been flying for almost 4 years now. I meant at the point of the video I had been saving all my flight footage for the last 6 months. This video I had been flying a little over 2 years.
I am planning of starting fpv. I flew camera drones from DJI and Yuneec. Is there a good beginner fpv quad that is small and can take great videos? Edit: Under 5 inch???
Pinkfluffypottato I’ve been out of the hobby for about a year now so may not be the best person to ask. Id say check out rotor riot Facebook page or other fpv drone Facebook pages and ask in there. Id check out Mr Steele’s videos about getting into fpv in 2020. He has a view videos on it that can give you some really good information. Like starting out on simulators and things like that.
This should be required viewing for anyone wanting to get into miniquads/fpv. And if ever there was an fpv channel Patreon pitch video this would be it... lol 😎 It is reality though isn't it? Good to see that in every instance you were flying in a safe place, or sure you made sure it was. See alot of shady/dangerous chances taken by folks that really have a negative effect on drones in general. Anyway, thanks for sharing this, got me thinking a bit but love it :)
So you're pretty much applying that to get into fpv you need to have money, which is not the case. You get into to Mini quads to progress to 5in quads, practise is all it takes.
Race Quad FPV honestly not that many, I’d say since I’ve been flying kiss 24s for over two years and kiss 30s/18s for another 2 years before that, I’ve probably went through maybe 5 to 10 total.
damn I wish i could afford to crash
Great video! No one could ever say you were afraid to push the limits!
SENT!!! Love it man. 2 speeds, no throttle and full throttle. Great vid
This is an gopro durability ad
So many props. It's easy to see where all the money goes watching the crash reel! Good times!
I’m just getting into FPV, and sometimes it’s nice to know that other people struggle too, lol
Yes exactly
02:01 That sound just hurts me, awtch.
I wanted to see you get that gap through the blue bars 😄 nice video!
How thankful that tree top at 3:00 didn't keep your quad...
I've heard rotor riot say if your not crashing your not flying fast enough, great video man
5:12 sounded like someone opening a soda can lmao
Yes! The truth behind fpv freestyle! Well, my truth anyway. Lol
Yeah everyone’s truth, you can’t get better if you don’t crash LOL
Thank you man, this is great and more fun to look at than smooth flawless flying.

Lol yeah invisible branches have probably cost me £50-70

~Kirstin when is it sorry for late reaction

Dude I wish I could smash the like button more than once. 😎👍
Great video, I really relate to getting the moss stuck in the props, that's the worst. Suggestion is putting a small text box with the pilots name or pseudonym in one of the 4 corners. Happy Flying!
I really hope you have a sponsor for props. But with all these crashes, I can only imagine all the epic footage you got when you made the cuts.
MattHeaven no prop sponsor unfortunately. This was all back in the day before PC props also. Back when you only had glass fiber props and they would break if you looked at them wrong. I would go through 10 to 20 packs a weekend.
JRIP FPV It takes experience to fly like a BA. I’ll bet you rip it now.
WOW I thought I was pushing till I saw this, now inspired to try harder. Great video.
The invinceble branch is my nightmare aswell 🤣
those are some really good crashes
Dam bro for only 6 months you are doing some aggessive flying.
XTK FPV I’ve been flying for almost 4 years now. I meant at the point of the video I had been saving all my flight footage for the last 6 months. This video I had been flying a little over 2 years.
those are some ballsy maneuvers.
So many broken props :)
If you aren’t risking it then you aren’t pushing it enough 💪
Like I say: every good flight ends with a nice crash.
That was fun to watch. Thanks!
Heroic, Epic, Dramatic, Homeric!!!!
You have tried to fly through some ridiculously small holes!
Haha...no risk no reward!
I am planning of starting fpv.
I flew camera drones from DJI and Yuneec.

I would suggest a whoop, so that you can learn first. Whoops are durable and great for learning. Not so fast too
So instructive compilation! :) Thanks for share!
Very awesome! Thank you for sharing.
All I can say is that I don’t feel so bad anymore. Lol
Makes me feel a tad bit better about learning to fly...

I was expecting a bigger list but thats okay for all the crashes you had 👍
How did no camera break haha
Never give up
7:48 that is painful to watch
Man! what happened at 2:34?
Sounds like he busted a prop in mid air. Probably weakened it in a previous crash and spun it to death in the air.
OMGoshsKi!!! By far the best!!! Go BIG....or go home!!!
No pain no gain.
great!!!👏👏
Awesome dude! Forgot the Chopin music though...
thanks man..after 8 hours, and going through close to 400 clips, finding the right music was the last thing I wanted to do lol.
I wonder how many $$$ in parts were broken in this crash montage?
Lol great video man!! How many esc's have u went through if I may ask?
Race Quad FPV honestly not that many, I’d say since I’ve been flying kiss 24s for over two years and kiss 30s/18s for another 2 years before that, I’ve probably went through maybe 5 to 10 total.
도전정신 대단하십니다~good !
Sun just because of this video. This is great.. haha. How many batteries have you destroyed?
ZED-PV check description for full damage report 2 lipos
What do you do when you crash out in a race like that? just sit there in shame until everyone finishes? xD
TheBelgianWaffl _ Gaming pretty much man lol
JRIP FPV my first drone race is coming up soon so i’ll be sure to experience that!
1:51 kind of heard MLG hit sound x)
Have you ever broken a propeller flying like that... looooooooool. But serious... any idea how many props, antennas, arms, etc, you've broken?
Tom Wronski It more likely to break a prop or antennae than an arm since racing drones usually have carbon fiber arms.
I love this video.
Wow..............
Fuck awesome Big E for Effort
Ja tu widzę siebie :D
man how many frames did you go through?
not much really just one 1.5mm bottom plate and a couple top plates.
Wow
If your not crashing your not pushing yourself
It hurts to watch 😂
😂😂😂
