I grew up in the 1970's. I enjoyed watching that show 😊👍. Archie Bunker was great. It was great to see him get his point across. The whole cast was great. Great show 👍.
@@FactsVerse My favorite episode was probably the Christmas episode called The draft Dodger. Archie Bunker had a hard time with a draft Dodger in is house at Christmas time.
@@FactsVerse Definitely Archie, but the show needed all of them to work. They all played their characters exceptionally well and the shows success is a testament to them.
Omg... this brought back soooo many memories. Thank you Thank you can u PLEASE do more of the classic shows in the same format?? This really caught my attention 🥰❤
Great memories television will never be like this I remember as a kid I used to watch the reruns back in 91 92 93 and they were just so funny to this day I still watch them and the reruns are always going to be memorable memories that will never forget
Best sit-com of ALL times . Carroll O'Connor ( Archie ) and Jean Stapleton ( Edith ) at their VERY BEST !!! I miss them alot . This sit-com and the actors are TIMELESS !!!!! One thing's for sure , they don't make sit-coms like this ANYMORE . The greatest sit-com in TV history in PAST , PRESENT , and FUTURE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss Archie ( Carroll O' Connor ) and the DELIGHTFUL ; SYMPATHETIC , SWEET Edith ( Jean Stapleton ). A prayer for both of them and their Families..
One of the best! Best cast of characters ever to grace the screen. Best show of any genre, to confront the most uncomfortable topics of the day. Shows like All in the Family would never make it in the cancel culture climate we have now. It confronted and examined the issues of the day, not politicized it,thus making it just one more way to divide this country. Dear Lord, how this country has slid backwards.
Facts Verse Probably Jean Stapleton’s Edith for me was always my favorite character in that for me she was the most relatable and sympathetic character IMHO.
I've watched quite a few of these types of videos and it occurs to me that Gen Xers aged a lot better than Boomers. Irene at 53 and Stephanie at 51 look like mother and daughter, Archie and Edith were in their 40s but could pass for 60s easily now. I'm nearly 51 and can still pass for 30s.
At 10:13, Jason Wingreen was mistakenly listed as Michael Evans. Of all the cast members of "All in the Family/"Archie Bunker's Place" who've died, he lived the longest, reaching the exalted age of 95.
Weird to include Betty Garrett but not Vincent Gardenia, and to include Jason Wingreen, but not Allan Melvin. Estelle Parsons too... Allan appeared in both All In The Family AND Brady Bunch and was left out of both.
You post Michael Evans name for Jason Wingreen... at marker 10:10, need fixing. Also Mike “meathead” Stivic wold be better... and as others said, his age is off. Great stroll down memory lane :) Classic show thanks for posting.
This was one of the best shows ever created. It should be left alone. It would be a shame to see it ruined by present day writers trying to put modern day characters in the place of the originals. I'm guessing that the young couple would naturally be social justice warriors(?). Yawn. Leave a good thing alone.
just wanted to say nice episode I always liked watching a show of my dad when I was growing up he always went on and on about how was one of his favorites obviously for that reason I didn't grow up with watch a brand new episodes are reruns of course but I never knew much about the show besides what I was watching with my dad at that moment. definitely taught me a lot of facts about the show that it did not realize like For example that they had George Jefferson on the show which I never do that and I'm assuming that's where the show The Jeffersons came from
You forgot 3 people- the guy who played Frank Larinzo and Barney Heffner and the little boy who played Joey when they were in California. You also put the wrong name on Harry, his real name is Jason Wingreen!! Otherwise, great!! LOVE that show, it was so darn funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:27-How could Jean Stapleton have been 46 in 1971 and 79 in 2002? Actually, the latter is right, as she was born in 1923. 46 in 1971 would've made her born in 1924 at the earliest.
Somethings not making sense. Rob Riener was 24 in 1971 and his last pic in 2002 said he was 79. Sally Struthers was 24 in 1971 and it said she was 74 in her last pic in 2020. Either Rob Rieners was a typo or someone lost a few years.
Its a good and funny family show like we live every day you see family just like tjem it takes all konds ofele to fill this world and make 9t what it is today❤

agree 💯!
Absolutely! So shocking the things they said Norman Lear was a genius. I’m still laughing today watching re-runs. Many lessons were taught!
People need to stop criticizing people when they get old. For crying out loud, everybody get there eventually.

73 year old meathead still

I seen that to who ever made the video needs to check the work before its put on line.

@@robinmartz9052 How and why?
Not bad, except you referred to an actor named Jason Wingreen as Mike Evans. Oops!!

At 3:33 why do you have Rob Reiner's age at 79 in the year 2002? He would have only been 55. I think you meant 2020, not 2002;
I always thought these two influences lois and Peter from family guy
I watch rerun in the 80 as a kid lol
Oppps something very significant about the age Rob Reiner 73 in yr 2002 Rob 79 in 2020! There we go somebody fix this thing very confusing!
