I know it's in the Lore that the Darksaber becomes heavy if the wielder has some emotional ties to something and lighter once they don't anymore but... why exactly? I'm not too deep in it but I at least know the basic concept of the Saber's history to know the using difficulty Edit:Okay, might be a bit incorrect but this is my interpretation for it (in a way). So it's in a sense a black Lightsaber, but the deeper and sort of darker the emotion you have, adds to the Saber's "dark" sense which weighs it down, opposing the concept of the sabers' sort of philosophy of being a tool of light and honor, so no attachment to the deep and dark emotions bring the darksaber closer to the light instead which in turn makes the weight "lighter" too (No puns ofc). If that's wrong in a way, I'm sorry and I don't mean to offend. Just trying to grasp its sort of weird trait of wielding
The darksaber converts the user’s thoughts and emotions through the crystal into the blade. The Kyber crystal is the object that converts the emotions and thoughts into the blade, sorry for repeating. There needs to be a constant flow of energy through the blade in order to use it with ease. If the user is conflicted, the energy flow is disrupted and will weigh down the blade. Only those who have a clear mind and can concentrate will master the blade.

@@thegiftedfire3470 that sounds like a pretty dumb weapon then. it doesnt even cut through armor. whats the benefit of it?
@@bardgold4553 In the mandalorian show, it explains that some mandalorians wear a special armor that is lightsaber proof.
Love that mod at the end lol that was good editing lol
Still hoping for a scene where a Mandalorian in garish painted armour is roundly laughed at until she picks up the Darksaber and spins it around like she was born to it
How....
I am Sabine, of clan Wren. What I set down freely, I now reclaim!
"Long sword is a bad option in close quarters" Prince Oberyn
Maybe fight somewhere where the thing you’re fighting for possession of can’t fall into oblivion
I love how the dark saber has actual weight to it. It’s a small detail which makes it unique to other lightsabers.
Ese sable ha pertenecido a tantos personajes de la franquicia
budget difference b/w book of boba and mando really showing through in this clip
I know it's in the Lore that the Darksaber becomes heavy if the wielder has some emotional ties to something and lighter once they don't anymore but... why exactly? I'm not too deep in it but I at least know the basic concept of the Saber's history to know the using difficulty
Edit:Okay, might be a bit incorrect but this is my interpretation for it (in a way).
Why did this send shivers down my spine..
Paz is dead, rip
I loved the outfit when fighting Darth Vader in the end
What shows is this from? I didn't saw this on Mandalorian
"The Book of Boba Fett"
The Book of Boba Fett, Chapter 5.
Book of Mandalori......oh, sorry, Book of Boba Fett
This scene looks so choreographed
that's some big talk coming from the guy with a football player as a profile pic
*everything* they do is pre-coreographed by a group of coaches and playbook strategists
@@hobomike6935 yes the plays are but what happens during that play isnt anything can happen. not sure how that relates either to what I was saying. and if you want to relate football looks natural this does not.
That big dude learned fast. Kaibar crystals have a mind of their own. Wilding a blade of such kind is not just swinging it around
Mandalorians would be great at giving directions.
If anybody wants to know why he couldn’t handle the sword and moff could,
Pretty sure it’s because mando fought so much stress, without grogu.
Dont you think thats reaching? If we are being completely honest, Mando and Grogu dont even have that deep of a relationship, the show just says that they do.
@@ArcticWolf00Alpha0 saving each others lives multiple times, yeah they must hate each other
@@ahab9712 Never said they hated each other...I just said their relationship isnt that deep or meaningful.
@@ArcticWolf00Alpha0 it was sarcasm, I was saying how can u say it isnt meaningful when they literally both saved each others lives and risked their own for each other
@@ahab9712 Character development and character writing require more than just characters saving each other. You actually need development, interaction, and set up and pay off. Mando and Baby Yoda dont have those things.
Actually pretty cool combat scene !!
The best part of BoBF
This is not the way of a Jedi but this is the way
The weight is only for wielder right cause it could be insanely overpowered imagine fast attack but when wielder already makes a move and before a hit, he makes his sword so heavy that opponent gets literally tossed
No? Gideon, Sabine, and Pre-Vizla all swung the saber perfectly fine and fast.
I mean at those shallow ass cuts it's making into those containers, doesn't look like the force of the "heavy" blade is transferred to what it hits. Shit, a normal lightsaber would go straight through those
@@nR00R no because mandalorians use beskar normal lightsaber doesnt cut through also
@@owchii5042 You think those containers are made of beskar? That makes zero sense, because then the blade wouldn't cut through at all
@@nR00R oh ok im so sorry didnt read it carefully enough my bad,ur right.

Energy constantly flows through the crystal. All your thought all your emotions flow through the crystal
- Kanan Jerris
If you desire for dark power this blade will be weight in your hands no more but light as feather
All for nothing I guess
I always the designs of the Bounty hunters wear throughout the shows Din,s armor is so Silver and Grey like Iron man,s old Mark 2 armor in the movie🛡🛡.
This is how untrained people handle light sabers just like Luke did his first times. Weird Rey can just master it instantly…
And Finn
@@TheCMranch1 At least he was trained in the use of some similar weapons as an actual soldier instead of just... magically knowing how to use it. He also loses to Kylo, to be fair, while Rey doesn't because she's Rey.
They can't use the dark Sabre because lightsabres are hard to control without force training.
How did they manage to create a fight scenes slower and more boring than episode 4?
Bc in the lore the darksaber is heavier than any other lightsaber the more you swing it the heavier it gets that's why the fight scene is much slower
@@zeinad8725
I'm not asking as if you wrote it, but why even use it if it sucks as a weapon?
@@We_Are_Borg_478 bc it has a story a mandalorian leader need to use it in order to become an actual leader it's some sort of a trophy or a medal that your the actual leader and if your a leader without the darksaber then your just a trying to be a leader that's why there's this other Mando trying to get it by challenging Mando but it is a powerful weapon to use in combat despise being heavy
@@zeinad8725
Canderous is rolling in his grave.
@@We_Are_Borg_478 Actually, the reason why the Darksaber is so heavy is due to the fact that it channels energy throughout the entire blade, even through it's crystal. It was explained in Clone Wars that your thoughts and mentality would affect how heavy it actually was. Mando had lost a lot, his ship and grogu, so he probably had a heavy weight on his mind, and probably so did the other mandolorian. Therefore, that heavy mind translates over into the saber and causes it to be heavy.
May the force be with you. He is jedi
It’s the infinity stones from marvel 😂

How so?
Finally, ARMOR THAT IS DURABLE
That pillar's material is what everyone should be wearing.
What episode is this? I don’t remember this at all
It’s from an episode of Boba Fett
@@Waywardpine ahhh that makes a lot of sense since I did not watch Boba. Sweet thanks!
The darksabor is different because meny few who knows how to hold the sabor properly. It's actually Wren who explains why, exactly, the Darksaber is so heavy. In an episode of Star Wars: Rebels, she remarks, "Energy constantly flows through the crystal. You're not fighting with a simple blade as much as you are directing a current of power. Your thoughts, your actions, they become energy
Bro him fighting on this catwalk thing with the dark star saber where they could just drop it at any point is anxiety inducing as fuck
Im confused because I didn’t see this in the mandalorian series
This scene is in the bobba fett series
Did I miss this episode?
I think so. This is from the Book of Boba Fett. Not the mandalorian, taking place between season 2 and season 3 of The Mandalorian.
"This is the way"
"This is the way"
"This is the way"

*They know da WAE my Brothas*
That outro almost got me I was so confused for 5 sec
Low key just realized the darksaber makes a mini regular lightsaber blocking sound when it hits stuff not the whole sound but you can kind of hear it lol
It truly is the Excalibur............ and whoever weilds that sword will have power to rule all of mandalore...........
shoulda just left it in the cage of the robot on Mandalore the first time. That robot did actually defeat him, knocked his out cold. Then Kryze comes to rescue him, kills the robot, takes ownership of the sword. Useless sword anyways... it cuts through anything **except armor that every warrior on your planet wears**
boba fet book or did they release a new season of mandalorian?
Imagine any of our Goated saber warriors having the darksaber. Anakin with a darksaber? Fucking op.
Din Djarin: I have this thing that makes me The Leader but I don't really wanna be The Leader or an Important Person I just wanna be a guy
Paz Visla: I'd like to be the Important Leader Person
Din Djarin: oh SHAB no I can't let this di'kut run anything
I get the feeling that the mandalorian was destined to wield the dark saver and then it'll totally turn into a Jedi later. But mandalorian Jedi
That’s rumored to be Grogu’s destiny, to be a mandalorian Jedi
Why was Gideon able to swing it so fast?
im sorry did i miss an episode of mandalorian??
Hate to break it to you but they snuck two episodes of the Mandalorian in the Book of Boba Fett.
Episodes 5 & 6
Also when lightsabers started to have colissions with phisical objects aka walls and shit???

It's crazy how none of the episodes in season 3 so far have topped the two mando ones in Book of Boba lol
