A mf doesn't need to get LOST in the moment, but they have to have the ability to BE in the moment. Never lose what's important to you, but remember and try to enjoy all the experiences when they happen - but also, if a situation feels uncomfortable, go and get some fresh air, it's surprising how much a simple thing like that can help.
