They are equally attractive on you. I don't see enough of a difference to matter...just wear the one that matches your nail color and outfit best. For myself, I would probably go with the Russian Red, if I were into bold red lips.
Russian Red - which, fwiw, is Madonna's signature lip, used in every video and concert for her Blond Ambition tour - warms up your features just a bit, in my opinion. But you do you; use whichever feels more like you, girl!

I work at Mac and what I always say is that Russian Red is a very glamorous red (perfect for Christmas & New Eve) however, Ruby Woo is more of a vibrant red, more rock'n roll I think, it's perfect on pale skins. Overall Russian Red is my pick and would be more flattering on darker skin tones.

Honestly, I feel like your skin and eyes look a bit brighter with Ruby Woo than the Russian Red. But the difference is so slight, and they both look great.
