The center position is the easiest position to replace. We don’t need Isiah’s offense right now anyways. We will miss his passing but Mitch is better defensively. We also went 12-2 last year with Jericho Sims starting at the 5 we’ll be just fine.

I-Hart is gonna be so damn good for OKC. Jdub is gonna THRIVE with IHart setting screens as they run the 2nd unit. OKC is gonna be SCARY.
OKC fan here and I like the singing but Presti and Dagnaught love to do a lot of positionless stuff and Chet Could also be moved to the 4 in certain rotations. The thunder have so many good passers and Shot creators it makes them hard to beat. Add Height with their spacing it makes them deadly

I liked Hartenstein but give me a fucking break the guy was not Willis or Patrick. He was a good backup center and the Knicks need to actually upgrade that position. Robinson is good defensively but he will get hurt as usual. Thibs might play Julius Randle at Center part of the time with OG Bridges Jalen and probably Josh Hart or DiVencinzo. Or they may make another trade for a Center but whatever way they go they did the right thing. Good for IHart he got his bag but noway is he worth 87 million.

Has nothing to do with signing of OG. Under the new rules the Knicks were only allowed to offer IHart 4 years for 72 million. They offered it to him. He went for the 87 million for 3 years instead. I don't know why these media guys are saying we let him walk away. Knicks were only allowed to offer 72 million max because of new rules. Not because of OG or anybody else.

Love ihart and happy he got his bag but im glad were sticking with mitch over him. Defensively ihart was getting COOKED by embiid and even myles turner in the playoffs. So you consider mitches defense and him being way cheaper I think it was the better decision.
